Brilliant news Brummie
Congratulations!!

jellypi3 · 03/07/2015 19:16

Great news brummie :) very glad all went well!

Who's next for a scan? I've got one Tuesday!

Raaaaaah · 03/07/2015 19:17

Yay Brummie, you had us hanging! Smile.

Welcome surprise.

So after a no symptom start I have actually been feeling pretty nauseous for the past week or so. I have the ravenous/sick/ravenous cycle going on. Weirdly the smell of myself and our house makes me want to heave!

NoMontagues · 03/07/2015 19:31

That's great news brummie

I'm not surprised you cried, bloody hell. I cried at DS's scan and I don't have your history I'm just a sap

All is as it should be Smile

Super news Brummie

Welcome Surprise and anybody else I may have missed.

goldmaple · 03/07/2015 19:38

Congrats brummie!!

I had a scan today as well after my first scan showed an empty sac. There was a little bean with a heart beat! Measured right on track 7w5days!! next scan in 10 days!

rallytog1 · 03/07/2015 19:40

Yay brummie!!! So thrilled for you.

Boobear1983 · 03/07/2015 19:40

Congrats brummie and gold Smile

monkerina · 03/07/2015 19:43

So glad to hear that Brummie!

Raaaah, things are smelling odd to me too- and tasting different. I've really gone off pesto, not drank coffee or tea for weeks (decaf or full caf) and even the water from my filter tastes strange today...

AbFab86 · 03/07/2015 19:46

Fabulous news brummie and gold!

I'm finally starting to get some symptoms! I am nauseous around mid-morning, almost threw up when DH used pledge on some furniture and my blood sugars have been lower than ever. Insulin sensitivity is through the roof! I've had to literally halve my doses in the space of about 4 days.

Raaaaaah · 03/07/2015 20:13

Fab news Gold.

I usually love a good coffee fix Monk. Barf city now. Fizzy water is literally all I fancy. It has to be ice cold too. It is so strange how you can go from feeling tickety boo to on your knees. DP is out tonight and I am a little bit grateful (until he comes in stinking of beer).

Omg cheers for all the happy scans!

So happy for you brummie and gold - what wonderful news for the weekend! Elderflower cordial in champagne glasses all around!!

Ba8y1 · 03/07/2015 20:25

Evening ladies, hope it's ok to join? Have been loitering for a while - many congrats to all those who've had good results so far.

I am 33 and have a 4 yr old DS. I've had 3 previous early MCs and a ruptured ectopic.

I am 8 wks today so due 12th Feb. I had a reassurance scan at 6.5 weeks which was anything but reassuring - it showed a 15mm empty gestational sac, too small to call a missed mc, but big enough that they would have expected to see something else. Think I might need some hand holding before my repeat scan next week!!

NoMontagues · 03/07/2015 20:28

Gold woo-hoo!

What a relief for you. Congrats Smile

NoMontagues · 03/07/2015 20:33

Hi baby and welcome.

Sounds like you've been through the mill. Fx for your scan next week.

Marsaday · 03/07/2015 21:53

baby welcome . Hope this bean is a sticky one . Sorry you've had such a tough time of it.
brummie hooray!!! Wine ( no pic of champers!!)
monkerina i have also gone off coffee, not had one for 3 weeks now. Don't miss it all weirdly.

I have been sussed by a work colleague as a result of my extreme bloat. I know it's bloat because it's not there in the morning and by evening it looks like the pic. I'm only 9 weeks and i look how i did at 20 weeks with ds!!

I've had a rough week at work, had to run for toilet at the end of lessons several times, but the unrelenting nausea is much worse than the actual puking.

Boobear1983 · 03/07/2015 22:26

goneswimming · 03/07/2015 22:51

Yay brummie!!!! I'm happy today, because I felt really sick for an hour or so around midday! Today I am more pregnant than I've ever been, and I even felt sick for a bit!!! Yay!!!!
