Good luck those of you with scans today. 9+5 here and the nausea has sudden to ramped up something terrible. Maybe caused by the heat. I'm off of a boat trip too and I'm normally a sea-sick person so this will be fun.

bigfox 8 miles a day it lots! Wow! I can't face doing much at the moment, but hopefully I can get into the pool in second trimester when/if my HG/MS goes. Although I never got round to exercising after having DS!!

I have bled a bit today. Not loads but more than previously. I'm hoping it's got something to do with the internal scan rather than anything more sinister (most likely caused by being forced to move house twice in one month in 40+ degree heat in my first trimester...)

I had to ring in sick today. I had literally no sleep last night, feeling awful and just sprawled on the sofa at the minute. I don't like being off work sick however needs must at the mo.
