Avoiding accidental golden showers and unsolicited bump touching while enjoying the gamble of the poo-lottery and apparently getting more massive by the day - JSer grads 31!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 31st grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 49th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: Stats

Me! Has it moved now? Mine doesn't move at night think he sleeps

Does yours move in bath?

LaLaLaaaa · 27/06/2015 03:14

I've got sore stomach but I think it's wind....

maemay · 27/06/2015 03:44

Up for my usual 3am wee and can't get back to sleep. Oh the joys.

I'm going bra shopping tomorrow - brand new M&S (huuuge one) opened this week, just a few streets away from us, so am going to hunt for a non-wired booby-holder.
Have been wearing my sports bra the last couple of days which is sooo much more comfy - non-wired is definitely the way forward!

Also got my booking in appointment in the afternoon Smile

At least while I'm stuck awake at unholy hours I can look at cute pictures of RM's new little one Grin
(May or may not know RM in real life...)

Hobbit19 · 27/06/2015 05:05

Meh. DH is snoring and I am too worried about Eris to sleep. Will call the vets at half 8 for an emergency appointment. (Just read your posts from last night, thanks for all the advice.) I've been in to check on her and she has had some more water and seems okay but she is just so tiny. How the F am I going to cope if baby gets ill!!!

RM that's great news, well done baby RM!

DulcetMoans · 27/06/2015 05:43

Yeah, got some movement la but had to convince it. Must have been sparko in there! Had a sleep on soda for an hour, stitch went, came upstairs and it was back but doesn't hurt. Have decided to do bugger all today to stop anything happening while he's away. Aware it's probably not that, just freaked me out! Did you pump??

Oh the joys mae, may of us are used to the early mornings so there's normally someone to talk to. Good luck with appointment today. Lots of paperwork but feels real.

Sorry you can't sleep either pud. Hopefully the vet will know what to do though.

Ga no they'll look like sandbags but you'll be loads comfier Smile
You could try a sports bra too?

Pud hope the kitten is ok

Fleurchamp · 27/06/2015 07:50

Lovely update rm glad he's now feeding well Grin

Purpleball · 27/06/2015 08:03

Sorry RM I missed your post. I'm glad he's feeding well and you're back home Smile

batfish · 27/06/2015 08:08

Had the best news yesterday - my good friend who has been TTC for years (8 I think) is pregnant! I asked for advice on here about how to tell her about my pregnancy as she takes all pregnancy news v badly. But she has just done IVF for the 5th time and is 6 weeks pregnant! 4 bloody eggs in there at the moment! Keeping everything crossed for her, it's brilliant news and this is the furthest she has got so far but still early days so she is being realistic.

I'm sat at the docs doing glucose test, boring! I've got crap veins and she has struggled doing the second test so not sure how she is going to do the 3rd!

I asked doc what I need to do if I am worried about movements and he gave me his number and said call or message him at any time - but he did say too early to worry as it is normal not to feel the baby every day. Hard not to worry though when get loads of movement every day except for the odd one so I would still call him if worried I think. Except would feel really bad if it was late at night or something!

honeysucklejasmine · 27/06/2015 08:10

Morning. Hope everything is OK Dulcet.

gaggiagirl · 27/06/2015 08:16

Congratulations to your friend bat that's lovely.

WilHarlot · 27/06/2015 08:28

That's reassuring Bat.

Dulcet please phone in if you're worried.

Gaggia you can get non-wired moulded bras which hold you up pretty well - I also have big norks. They get less effective over time with washing and stuff but definitely better than the normal non-wired ones.

jellypi3 · 27/06/2015 08:34

That's great news bat

dulcet no we didn't even come close. I don't think they will tell anyone it's just a bit unnerving thinking their whole family knows!

gaggiagirl · 27/06/2015 09:07

wil a moulded one sounds good!

DulcetMoans · 27/06/2015 09:19

I'm alright I think wil. Just scared me as I haven't really thought about the birth but much but felt very real in the early hours! Stitch is still there so doubt it's anything contraction related, right?!

Makes sense jelly, I wouldn't want others to know either unless I had told them.

Great news for your friend bat. Everything crossed for her!

Let them babies roam free gaggia, it's the easiest way! That will get your work people talking too!

Toast85 · 27/06/2015 09:49

Dulcet hope all ok today, I think I'd feel uneasy too if DH were away when I was closer to due date. Actually, I feel a bit uneasy if he's away now!

Ga good luck with bra hunting. I had a dismal time trying to find some last weekend and like a sucker i'm going back to try again this weekend. Mine are but tiny pips compared to your giant norks though.

Mae, welcome! Enjoy booking in!

24 weeks today for melba toast and she's celebrating by ramping up the kicks it seems. Not complaining Grin though with more frequent movement comes more worry about its pattern and frequency etc... Oh I can't win! Confused

Toast85 · 27/06/2015 10:02

Pud how's eris? Did you speak to the vet?

And rm, glad you're home and well, get that birth story up when you can.

Indigoblue2 · 27/06/2015 10:20

Thanks for the hypnobirthing advice, maybe I was expecting the wrong stuff from it! It is certainly relaxing and chills me out, but I can't help thinking "this isn't doing enough to work surely".. Although maybe everyone feels like that and I've known quite a few folk who say it's really helped. It makes sense that you're not going to be counting breaths while trying to go into a calm trance. So when people are learning breathing techniques for labour is it just doing deep breathing and being aware of your breath? Is that basically what the daisy stuff was la? For some reason I thought it would be changing breathing patterns at different stages etc but sounds like it's not that complicated!

I've only got two days to work before mat leave starts! Ive kinda had enough of bending over all day and lifting and trimming horses feet at 33 weeks pregnant Shock

WilHarlot · 27/06/2015 10:25

Yes how's the wee kitten, any better?

I got bras in debenhams - just plain so fairly boring but they do the job well enough and are comfy.

Doesn't sound contraction related Dulcet, that's more like period pains or pressure. Hopefully it's just ligaments or something.

WouldRatherHaveCake · 27/06/2015 11:34

Just tried to catch up.but I have no idea what I just read! So will settle for a hello and a comment about the lovely weather.
However. My poor bum. It can't decide between constipation or the squits. Poor thing is confused

LaLaLaaaa · 27/06/2015 12:17

Definitely debenhams for bras! Mine are extremely comfy! At m&s they gave me a nursing bra at 12 weeks pg which of course I've long grown out of now - am on 3rd set!

It's beautiful here! I've just had my boiled eggs and soldiers in the garden in the sun, reading glamour mag. I could seriously get used to this lifestyle!

Just took dh a cup of coffee in bed, he looks shattered poor love. He works til 3am every night and yesterday did double shift.

How's eris pud?

Baby has hiccups, quite entertaining.

Dulcet I get panicky too if dh is going far. My friend just asked did I want to come meet her for lunch. She lives in north losing so I'd need to drive or get train at least an hour away. I just don't fancy it tbh I'd rather stay near home now.

Tackling mountain of baby ironing today and watching the last big of broadchurch first series. No spoilers please!

Glad baby is moving again dulcet, perhaps yours has changed position like mine did? Do call if you're worried though best to always get checked. Stitch type thing - I get one if I do too much like bending or standing, did you overdo it?

Bat - lovely news! They're right that you're still early to get lots of regular movement but it's nice that totes feeling baby now Grin

Indigo - I wondered how long you were going to keep going for, your job would be hard to do with a bump!

LaLaLaaaa · 27/06/2015 12:20

*north London! Not losing!

LaLaLaaaa · 27/06/2015 12:24

Indigo I think it's exactly as you say - just being aware of your breath and getting into a rhythm with it that helps keep body calm and send you into a sort of trance. I was skeptical but once I do the Daisy breathing it does make me feel more relaxed.

I'm still going to be playing salt n pepa in the delivery room though!

Hobbit19 · 27/06/2015 12:38

Dulcet glad you are feeling a little better today. You can always call the midwife if you are worried though. Could baby have moved position and be squishing something?

Would, sorry about your bum! Going for a poo can be a bit of a daily surprise. Huge stealth boast but my bum has never been so well behaved. IBS seems to have stopped entirely since getting upduffed but I did have years worth of issues before.

Thank you for asking about Eris lovelies. Vet was v nice and couldn't find anything 'wrong', but he did say that some kittens just don't thrive. She has got three days worth of panacur (worming treatment) just in case the normal wormer last week missed anything. And he has given her some high calorie cat pate stuff plus some supplement paste. She ate some of this with some boiled chicken (thanks Jelly) so now fingers crossed for no puking and I will give her some more this arvo. She is a definitely small but mighty though so I am hopeful!

batfish · 27/06/2015 12:52

Wow indigo I can't believe you are still managing to do your job, I'm only coming up to 26 weeks and already struggling to bend over to put my knickers on and fasten my shoes!

la yep definitely feeling lots now which is lovely - baby was going nuts yesterday and I'm generally feeling movements very often which is why it's hard not to worry if I have a long quiet period. Ha salt n pepa in the delivery room, love it!
