Betty I've got spotting, brown discharge for 2 weeks and I will be 8 weeks soon. I also was very low about it. I think we'll be fine Betty. Seems like it's a lot of us having this common "problem".
I got my booking appt also on 25 june although I will be already 9 weeks.

looks like The Reusable Nappies Club is forming ;)

Bluenewbie · 15/06/2015 19:07

Betty5714 · 15/06/2015 19:08

noodle i'm with you on the anxiety thing, but as the days go by the risk gets lower and lower and thats what i keep telling myself. I'm past the date of my previous mc and that feels good. So far we have sticky beans and fx they keep that way!

Betty5714 · 15/06/2015 19:10

blue yes thats one of the things i like most about this thread - it is so reassuring to hear others have the same symptoms and definitely helps me to not freak out.

Bluenewbie · 15/06/2015 19:10

generation of my mum was convinced that 2-3years is the best age gap. You go through the hard work roughly in same time (well within few years) and then you just watch them grow ;)

Sarah563 · 15/06/2015 19:10

Blue - just seen i can add myself - thanks

IslaMann · 15/06/2015 19:12

Had my afternoon nap as usual today, but had the most awful dream, in which I was miscarrying - haemorrhaging really badly. My DH was out and I was trying to text him to tell him to come home. But I just couldn't get my phone to work, either the autocorrect kicked in and made nonsense words, or it kept changing to a game, so I couldn't contact him. Woke up in tears as I was calling for my mum in the dream. I know its just a dream but I keep picturing it and its making me panic.

Betty5714 · 15/06/2015 19:14

Thanks mumof1 Smile.

Boobear1983 · 15/06/2015 19:15

Can someone add me the spreadsheet? Age 31, dc1, edd feb 5th, 6+3

primarynoodle · 15/06/2015 19:15

dya know what ratty ive never thought about it like that... im gonna repeat everytime i start getting myself down..

mumof i havent had any contact from medical profession yet apart from the unexpected bfp at the doctors last thursday! Midwives are apparently sending me an appointment through the post so no idea when im going in, reading this thread i dont know whether an early scan would help me settle or make things worse (stories from other posters who had a heartbeat but then suffered a loss) or even if i would get offered one!

Betty5714 · 15/06/2015 19:20

isla that sounds awful! I think i read somewhere that dreams can become more vivid in pg. But thats not the kind of vivid that you want! I hope it goes out of your mind soon and is replaced by much happier images.

Sarah563 · 15/06/2015 19:23

Isla poor you thats terrible. I'm super paranoid every time i go to the loo. i had MC back in Dec at 6weeks, didn't really know much about pregnancy etc at that point, so wasn't symptom spotting. Since then we have been TTC and thanks to MN and FF i know am much more in tune with my body. Have you had MC before?

StockingFullOfCoal · 15/06/2015 19:23

We're going private for our early scan. I suspect I may get offered extras later on (growth and AF checks 24/26/28 weeks) as I did with my last (fortunately it was a bog standard pregnancy) but between MW and PNP apps, I think I'll get poked and prodded enough Grin

Bluenewbie · 15/06/2015 19:24

done Boobear .

ladies you can just add yourselves at the end of the column, it will be sorted later alphabetically. Don't change the "weeks" column as it calculates this from your due date, unless for some reason it's different as for your knowledge.
you can add symptoms/lack, as it seems to be reassuring for others. Jellypie if it feels like I'm editing your spreadsheet, please just delete the column. I just thought the girls feel it would be beneficial.

StockingFullOfCoal · 15/06/2015 19:24

Sarah I MC at 5 weeks in December. Flowers

IslaMann · 15/06/2015 19:29

Sarah563 yes, 16 years ago. Was told 14 years ago that I would never have another child (DS is 18.5yrs), so this one is truly a miracle baby. My MC was really uneventful, just a large blob of dark brown blood, and then a scan to confirm. Had problem afterwards though, with a perforated uterus during the ERPC. So I guess the dream was my fears manifesting themselves. Thanks for your kind words also Betty

sparklesandfizz · 15/06/2015 19:31

mumo I am also doing 2 under 2. Have done a 21 month age gap before with my two eldest and baby is now 10 months meaning the age gap between her and the new baby will be 17 months. Aaarrrggh!!!
The h ard times are transient and big families are worth the extra work as so much fun IMO. We will, of course cope admirably all of us! Shock

peggysue82 · 15/06/2015 19:32

DH is home from work now and I am soooo tempted to tell him rather than wait till Fathers Day like I planned...it feels kind of wrong that I know and he doesn't...would any of you wait?

Mumof1sofar · 15/06/2015 19:47

Wow I just had a look at the stats... 47 of us already! Smile

Isla poor you, must have been horrible. I think Betty's right - vivid dreams are a side effect of pregnancy apparently.

Sparkles does that mean you'll have 3 under 3? It's so nice we've all got each other for support Smile

Peggy it would be an amazing Father's Day present for him if you do wait! Personally I would far too impatient to be able to keep it a secret from dh though!

Bluenewbie · 15/06/2015 19:49

Peggysue maybe you're right that it's a bit unfair but at the other hand it's not going to change anything for him. and I really liked the idea of Father's Card! such nice surprise IMO

MissMartin10 · 15/06/2015 20:17

hello lovley ladies can i join? my edd is the 27th of jan but who knows it may be a February baby Smile
I'm 22 and this if my first pregnancy! I'm so very very sick Sad haha.

peggysue82 · 15/06/2015 20:25

Yes that's what I had been thinking of doing...getting an extra card from Bump. I honestly think I'm too impatient though. My other concern now though is also that DS1 would figure out what was going on and I didn't really want the children to know until i have the 12 week scan and know everything is ok.

Brummiegirl15 · 15/06/2015 20:29

Isla vivid dreams are absolutely a symptom of early pregnancy. It's how I know I'm pregnant!! Sorry they are quite distressing.

Sarah I've had 3 mc's in the past 12 months so I absolutely feel your fear. You aren't alone with the worry, we are here!

Saw my GP this morning to refer to midwife and consultant this afternoon. I'm continuing with the progesterone until 12 weeks and he wants me to continue the heparin injections for the rest of the pregnancy Confused WTF??!!

Hmmm not looking forward to that but whatever gets me past the finish line

Also need a cervical scan when I get to 12 wks as might need stitch in cervix due to previous procedures.

Christ, it's neverending!!!

GoulashSoup · 15/06/2015 20:42

Evening all.

Isla I've had the vivid miscarriage dreams. They left me really emotionally shaken. I hope you've got DH with you now.

I've had a lovely day with DS. He is being a challenging two year old at the moment but I'm trying really hard to cherish the days we have just the two of us. I'm excited that he will be a big brother, but feel sad that it might change our relationship.

Pregnancy wise I'm still spotting. Mostly brown but with some red and cramps so I've left a voicemail for the MW to get some reassurance. I think I've resolved my leaky nipple duct that I was worried might be infection rather than lactation. Other ducts are also producing now so I think it is lactation.
