Come put your feet up in the Zen den and let the dh's wait on us hand and foot whilst we nurture the fruit of their loins in our bellies :-)

Oh Pug I've only just caught up. I am so sorry for you loss. Please take care of yourself and hope to see you back on here soon.

Marmite27 · 21/04/2015 18:38

Am I allowed on here after my flounce off the other bus last month?

To all those who are struggling, I'm 15+5 today and feel normal -well I can't bend at the waist, but it's a small price to pay for being awake and no nausea.

toadierocks · 21/04/2015 19:24

Pug I'm so sorry sweetie, my thoughts are with you x Flowers

babsbunny · 21/04/2015 19:25

Oh pug. I'm so sorry love. Please be kind to yourself. Will say a prayer that you get back here soon x

chopsface · 21/04/2015 22:13

Hi marmite of course you're welcome here. I don't really feel like I can join in on the ttc bus any more either. Just kind of skim reading.

pug take care of yourself my love Flowers

Hi everyone, I only just got an IC BFP today. Going to buy Frer and digital later, can I perch here in hope? Looks like a quiet thread!

dojo123 · 24/04/2015 10:38

Whoop whoop mummy get peeing on more sticks. Buy a few extras as believe me you'll want to pee on one every week until you see a midwife or other medical professional (also it's rather satisfying when you only need to waft a stick near your pee and you get a line! Grin, I might be over exaggerating but you get my drift!)

marmite welcome. Your bum is more than welcome to this grad bus. Please make yourself at home in the Zen Den, Nutella bar or my new favourite Tangfantastic tower! (Can't get enough of those sour sweets)

Oh my, exhausted! Wondering if I can get away with having a little kip at my desk. Covering the kitchen showroom below my studio today and regretting offering, I could be curled up in my bed sleeping instead. Hoping nobody come in as I don't know if I have the energy to sell a kitchen.

Mummyofonesofar · 24/04/2015 11:53

dojo I have a CB plain one at home and going to get frers and a digital one that tells me how many weeks. I could burst with exitment - it is so hard to stay quiet - I feel like I could tell everyone at the moment - I think I have somewhat hogged the TTC thread with my ramblings!!!!

dojo123 · 24/04/2015 12:47

mummy it is really exciting and I'm really happy for you. My DH keeps reminding me that it's still early days and as much as we want to tell everyone we would like to wait until 10wk for family and our scan for everyone else. So only another 3wk for family and 4.5wk for scan.

Mummyofonesofar · 24/04/2015 12:51

I've bpught 2 frers and 2 digitals £20!!! and that is with 10% off discount card in boots. We need to decide when to tell people. We want DS to be the first to know so want to be sure we are safe but not sure when risks start going down.

dojo123 · 24/04/2015 14:36

The was a link on one of the other pages. I'll see if I can find it and attach it.

Hope this has worked...

dojo123 · 24/04/2015 14:43

Sorry I've attached with my dates but you can change it. Just plug in the first date of you last period (it's an American site so it's month-day-year).

Mummyofonesofar · 24/04/2015 15:13

Thank you! The risk goes down alot quicker than I thought!

dojo123 · 24/04/2015 16:40

This is only a guide and unfortunately miscarriages do still happen when the risk is 2% but it is reassuring that every day that passes the embryo/foetus/baby is getting bigger and stronger. I ended up telling a few people earlier than planned but I'm still waiting until 10wk to tell my parents. With your DS I think you'll know when is the right time to tell him. I'm sure he'll be excited to know he's getting a little brother or sister.

Mummyofonesofar · 24/04/2015 17:49

We are planning a trip down south in June so hoping to tell my family then face to face will be nicer. DS will be over the moon. Earlier in the week he kissed my belly just invade it was a baby in there and not just curry.

Marmite27 · 24/04/2015 20:14

Just been to visit a friend, she's due the week before me, and another friend the week after - I'm very pleased Grin

Mummyofonesofar · 24/04/2015 20:38

Lovely marmite! I've got a friend due in October.

chopsface · 24/04/2015 20:45

Yay! The thread has been woken up! Welcome mummy!

How many weeks are we all again? I'm 5+4 and nausea kicked in today properly! Been feeling a bit under the weather since bfp and got a coldsore. Today at 9am on the dot I had a wave of nausea, 9.30 I felt like I either needed to vom or pass out! I did neither you'll be pleased to know. I just carried on working. 10am went for my teabreak and had a piece of birthday cake! Felt wonderful afterwards for at least an hour! Started going downhill again so went for early lunch and tried to eat rank cheese and ham sarnie. Bleurch. So went for 2nd slice of cake! Ta daaa! All is well with the world! Decided the trick is to eat cake every 2 hours on the dot! Just realised its been 2 hours since dinner and normally I wouldnt eat again until the morning but I'm off to rummage in the kitchen....

Mummyofonesofar · 24/04/2015 20:54

I'm 3 plus 5. Very thirsty! I will go by your cake eating every 2 hours, even though I'm not sick yet. It seems like a good plan. But I'll be the size of a house b

dojo123 · 24/04/2015 22:15

chops they say eating little and often is a good way to curb nausea. I had bread and butter for dinner this evening, I just didn't know what I wanted to eat. Also feeling shattered still. Tried to get a nap earlier this evening but failed to fall asleep. DH has said we don't need to set the alarm for tomorrow morning but knowing my luck I'll either wake up early needing the loo or by the cows in the field at the end of our garden!

dojo123 · 24/04/2015 22:17

Oh and I'm 7+2.

Mummyofonesofar · 24/04/2015 22:56

dojo we have cows behind our house atm too. Right outside the bedroom window. They have had me up before 6 every day this week!

dojo123 · 24/04/2015 23:04

Yes, the cow alarm clock was not the first thing o though about when I decided to move back to the country side. As its a Saturday tomorrow, we will also have the steam train tooting from around 8am!!

jugglingmonkey · 24/04/2015 23:42

Nice to see some people on here from March/April bus... I stayed on the regular bus as opposed to the mega, I couldn't keep up!
