Zampa, chair is the only thing they can/will offer me but it just doesn't work for how our tills are layed out. I have tried it and makes job much more difficult.

Sherbet38 · 20/05/2015 20:44

Evening everyone.

Zampa fingers crossed baby stays put for a little longer.

Charlie I don't blame you wanting to finish early... just get through your left shifts. Standing for 8 hours sounds awful Sad

I have a desk job, but I'm still finding out really tiring now. I'm useless once I get home. I'm getting lots of pain in my ribs, which Dr Google days is from baby pushing my diaphragm up and ribs out. Today my fingers and feet have swollen, my feet look horrible, I took flip flops to work and kept turn hidden under my desk! Sad

Not long now though. We're all on the home straight Smile Today I've washed all the baby clothes and bedding etc Smile I've started to put things in my hospital bag, but it's not finished. I need to buy nighties... Or find a big shirt or something to give birth in!

Exciting having a new thread, the one with the babies! Grin

Fattycow · 20/05/2015 21:05

6 more weeks until July the 1st is here, so we are bound to have the first babies in the new thread!

broodylicious · 20/05/2015 21:10

Yes there will! Friday is the start!

MrsFbabyNo1 · 20/05/2015 21:22

Well, on the new thread, there is a new option in the stats sheets called 'date of arrival', so if everyone would be so kind to update their entry with that information (once you know of course)... It will safe the other ladies here from a lot of confusion!

MustBeLoopy390 · 20/05/2015 21:54

Only two days left of antibiotics but still not 100%, Braxton hicks are the most horrendous, idiotic, pointless things ever ever ever lol! Dh has the next few days off so I've been resting (playing ps) as much as I can :)

broodylicious · 20/05/2015 21:56

I will pass that on to the fb ladies who no longer frequent the MN thread.

WAH! I want chilli heatwave Doritos but I can't get to the shop because the DCs are in bed! Sad

Fattycow · 20/05/2015 22:21

broody, also pass on that they are duly missed! Facebook can stuff itself for stealing my friends away from this place! Angry

broodylicious · 20/05/2015 22:30

Well, it's a very supportive, friendly group of ladies so I'm sure you'd be welcome to join.

Fell off thread for some reason.

LaLaLaaaa · 21/05/2015 04:39

Ah there it is now! Wasn't showing in my threads .

LaLaLaaaa · 21/05/2015 04:50

Just read back last few days. Frozen mat pads are genius! Swollen sore foof will be very grateful for that idea.

Zampa did you get checked? Plug can fall out quite far in advance or you can lose it in bits over time. Not heard of it re growing before.

I'm on the Facebook group and there's a lady expecting twins who is due to be induced on Friday, very exciting! I'm sure she'll come on here to say hi after they arrive

All fine here - 32+2, baby head down. 4 weeks left at work and I'm so impatient I just want to leave now!

Zampa · 21/05/2015 07:53

I called triage Lala and they said it sounded like nothing to worry about. We're having building work done at the moment so could do with baby hanging on in there for at least another 2-3 weeks. Great timing! Glad to hear another voice in support of losing the plug not meaning labour imminent. Thanks!
