With our swamp fanjos and supermarket jobbies it's all going on in our knickers. It's a wonder our men agree to deliver the prostaglandin injections but then we are the 24th Just Shagging Grads!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 24th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is herein its 41st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs herefor once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

The stats sheet is here

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Thanks for all the reassurance viroids, will think positive for the next 6 days until the scan!

splodge77 · 26/03/2015 07:02

Hi viroids, am giggling about wiggly zebras. Just woke up fro weirdest dream about living in an enormous flat in some futuristic tower block with hover cars that deliver you to your door. Odd! Baby now hiccuping merrily so no more sleep for me. Bit of a shock yesterday as found out a company I did some freelance work for has hit serious financial difficulty so prob won't be able to pay me the 5k they owe. Feel a bit sick as that plus my mat allowance was gonna see me thru next 9 months. DP assures me we can manage but I'm a bit worried! Spent last wkend sitting on about 30 diff sofas and unable to agree which one to buy - good job now! We better stick with the old one for a bit!! Prob for the best. It'll only get covered in baby vom.

ChatEnOeuf · 26/03/2015 07:07

Oh La your phone has right cheered me up! DD being a horror, major mess to clear up - though nothing like a bloodbath, so for that I should be grateful Hmm

Mini I'm sorry to hear about your nan, glad to see your little one is looking good though.

Bat hang in there, only six days to go.

Purpleball · 26/03/2015 07:31

Morning viroids
Loving the zebras Smile

Bat you're almost there and I totally get it. I've been nervous leading up to every scan.

Fleur the bloodbath sounds awful and they should have told you. I'm guessing they rushed off to A&E

14 weeks today here. 2nd trimester officially starts. I'm hoping for some energy to come back

Purpleball · 26/03/2015 07:32

Min I'm really sorry to hear about your Nan, but glad baby is growing, don't they put on half a pound a week now?

LaLaLaaaa · 26/03/2015 07:43

Fleur that's hideous. Sainsburys sell stain devil and it's brilliant for getting blood out. Came out of my wedding dress after 2 years (I had nose bleed on wedding day!)

Bat - we all understand, not long to go!

I really don't know how to fix this problem! So like gaggia and her multiple posts zebras are going to be around until I figure out how to stop it!

Splodge - I suffer from anxiety and when money worries (one of my triggers) gather I write it all down and it makes me calmer. Try sitting down with dh and writing out the maternity pay etc so zebras can see on paper that zebras will be fine. (!!!)

LaLaLaaaa · 26/03/2015 07:44

I just woke up from a hideous sex dream - having sex with a very ugly man in front of people. I feel violated!!!

LaLaLaaaa · 26/03/2015 07:48

Oh my god the absolute bastard! I just found the settings on my phone. It was Mr La!

Cats = dolphins
You = zebras
Love = wibbly
I'm = Rick Astley

I can't decide between rage and admiration!

willywallace · 26/03/2015 08:33

Hahahaha it's genius. I particularly like his choice of 80s pop hero Grin.La you have a lot of sex dreams!

RPopz · 26/03/2015 08:48

Haha!! I wouldn't know whether to be mad or impressed Grin There's a meme on the web somewhere where someone's done it to their Mum's phone Grin

DulcetMoans · 26/03/2015 08:58

hahaha! Well you can be angry la, I give him full credit! Do you know how to change it back?

splodge, that sucks. Is there any protection for you as a supplier? Might take longer but don't they owe you as a debtor should they fold? Hope you get what you are owed, that's a substantial sum!

In other news, I am working from home today and tomorrow as having work done. Obviously productivity may suffer (although I find I am pretty productive, just in bursts and not sat all day). Anyway, that meant this happened made a chat thread [[http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/_chat/2340790-I-have-workmen-in-what-do-I-feed-them]] I didn't risk an AIBU but there's still two days left to go!

DulcetMoans · 26/03/2015 09:00

Well that is Blush I have never failed at a link before!

try again

willywallace · 26/03/2015 09:07

Well everyone is being very nice so far! I agree, tea and biscuits but no lunch.

God I suck at parenting today and it's only 9 o'clock. Already had to use cot prison once. Why does this happen on days with shitty weather?

LaLaLaaaa · 26/03/2015 09:25

wil that's not sucking at parenting - that's being a parent! I wouldn't worry, you're only doing what every mum and dad in the world has done at some point.

I've given my pennyworth to your thread dulcet! also working from home and the settings on phone have been returned to normal.

Ha ha bloody ha Mr La, you're so frigging funny...(it was pretty funny)

Pisghetti · 26/03/2015 09:37

Morning viroids. I'm doing a rubbish job of keeping up even though I'm spending most of my time sat down having my nipples gnawed! Bat everyone gets the scanxiety. If it helps I had barely any symptoms and was pretty convinced there's be nothing there.

Mr La is an evil genius Grin

Splodge that's a worry. DP is a contractor and invoices at six weekly intervals. It's a lot to lose if the other side don't come good. Hope it works out ok for you.

I've got some tea and toast in bed while missy has her breakfast. DP has a phone interview so we're hiding out here. She let us get some sleep last night waking every 3 or so hours instead of feeding continuously. We've put her Moses basket mattress in bed with us as she won't settle in it. At DP's we'll be using a drop side cot next to the bed. If that set up is more successful I'll be belatedly looking into a co-sleeper cot I think.

DulcetMoans · 26/03/2015 09:51

wil you do not suck in anyway! Cot prison is a learning aid anyway.

Glad your phone is fixed la. Now he's done it once though it's only a matter of time!

All going ok then pis? 3 hours is still knackering but at least it is a chunk of time I guess. What drop side cot do you have?

I now have more pressing issues than the refreshments - I need a wee! They are doing upstairs today and I only have one toilet. I think they are doing that room now.

Fleurchamp · 26/03/2015 10:08

Thanks for the blood removal tips! Yes, he ended up in a & e, I wouldn't mind but he started the job with one bandages hand and has now done the other one!!! I do feel bad though for cursing him last night.

Biscuits and tea in our house although I eat more biscuits than the builders and I have some hot cross buns for them today. Definitely no lunch!!!

willywallace · 26/03/2015 10:08

Oh no Dulcet! Do you have a cafe nearby?

Thank you for reassurance. I do suck though, we're all still in pyjamas Grin .

Maybe just a case of getting used to it Pis? Try it out for daytime naps maybe?

RPopz · 26/03/2015 10:19

Bucket in the cellar Dulce! Grin totally didn't do that when the workmen were doing our bathroom, oh no

I'd just say teas and coffees! We had some men doing the roof just before Christmas. They just turned up on the first day and started work without even knocking on the door or anything so I didn't even know they were there for ages.... Apparently the neighbour was making them tea as I'm such a lazy mare! Hmm

batfish · 26/03/2015 10:32

Haha la that is totally unacceptable hilarious what mr la did - need to do this to someone!

Thanks all I actually do feel reassured knowing that everyone worries about scans and that others have felt unpregnant. And you have all then gone on to have success stories so I'll just read these instead of the sad ones!

PixieChops · 26/03/2015 10:41

Always lurked on these and never joined in but here goes..
Everyone calls me Pixie
1 10 month old DD
6.5 months pregnant with DS
No pets, looking after DP is enough animals for me.
DD suddenly started to wake up every night at 1pm so me and DP are constantly zombified. Pregnancy going well and due24th June but will more than likely end up with a planned c section due to complications with the first (4 day labour, lots of drugs and finally forceps!)

batfish · 26/03/2015 11:20

God the things I've googled in the past few weeks....today's is 'pregnant dark poo'....anyone else had this? I'm hoping there is no such thing as TMI anymore Grin

Welcome pixie!

Purpleball · 26/03/2015 11:26

Welcome Pixie

I might do that to MrPurples phone, MrLa is indeed an evil genius. I do use keyboard shortcuts can't be arsed to type Love you xxxx at the end of every text needy DH

Swamp fanjo overdrive here, it's driving me mad. Need liners in my pjs :-(

Wil, I think you're doing a brilliant job and if cot prison works then go for it Smile

willywallace · 26/03/2015 11:28

Bat step away from the google.

Hi Pixie, congratulations and welcome. Smile

LaLaLaaaa · 26/03/2015 11:34

I hear you on swamp fanjo! I have a shower every night before bed. Also dark poo yes bat - plus random weird mucus whilst pooing.

think we're past TMI!

Hi pixie welcome! You're due on my birthday :D Having pets is definitely not essential here!
