Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 22nd grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 39th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Oh stoat lovely, I am so sorry to hear your news Sad look after yourself xx

LaLaLaaaa · 18/02/2015 14:56

Oh stoat sweetheart I'm so sad for you :(. I echo the others, the mc boards have lots of very lovely people and good support. Please look after yourself - sending love for you and your dh. Xx

laurenamium · 18/02/2015 15:05

dulcet I absolutely could not do a sitting down job now I'm pregnant. I don't envy you at all, I would have heartburn and an aching pelvis/fanjo by lunchtime!

Did/has anyone put together a playlist for in labour that can recommend some songs?

minimooo · 18/02/2015 15:08

So sorry to hear that stoat Sad I echo the advice of reading through the miscarriage boards - they really are fab. Look after yourself and really hope to see you back here soon Flowers

Amazing result tee! That must be such a relief to know that you don't have to struggle in on the train.

Lovely news purple!

lauren I am always in awe of your energy! I can barely cope with running dh's business (am now on mat leave from university and freelancing, thank god) let alone starting any new projects Blush Great idea though - creche at the gym sounds like a winner!

Oh no, dulcet, do you think a GP or osteopath appointment would help? Sounds painful!

I spent all day yesterday with my nephew (3yo) and niece (6yo) at a local farm. Had an absolutely brilliant exhausting time! Although the experience has scared me half to death about how I'm ever going to cope with kids of my own. Especially two of them. They seem to spend most of their time trying to run in different directions Shock

TheBooMonster · 18/02/2015 15:30

fleur my vote is on going abroad, if you're going on holiday you may as well make it worthwhile! That said DH and I haven't been away since we went to Malta back in 2011... or 2010... We'd talked about going back next year, as DD would be big enough to be walking about, and kind of enjoy things, but now we'll have a 1 year old so it's going to be on hold for forever a couple of years yet, I expect we'll see Disney World before we see Malta...

purple glad the EPU scan went well!!

oh stoat how awful! have a Wine before you put your cape back on, and hopefully we'll see you again soon for keeps!

great news on getting signed off for some rest and tlc tee

So sick getting bloody colds, can I ban DH from going to work without us all starving to death? :S DD is so poorly with it today which is making her a bloody nightmare, and she sounds like she's got a 50 a day habit!

I've booked in for an 'everything off' wax at the beginning of next month in a sudden burst of positivity about the outcome of tomorrows scan wait for it, i'll be back tomorrow effing and blinding about having to move the bloody appointment because i'll have a surprise scan booked, but right now i'm in denial DH thinks all his christmases have come at once because i'm going to be less furry, and he isn't going to have to be the one to do it :P

I've been doing some reading on c-sections, my hospital offers sterilisation as part of the procedure... what are peoples thoughts on c-section spaying... I'm tempted by the idea but have this crazy voice in my head saying 'what if my little sister needs my womb and eggs' she'd think I was a full on nutter if I tried to bring it up with her though as right now she's 19, at uni, single and never wants kids...

willywallace · 18/02/2015 15:49

Haha Mini when you have two of your own the trick is to send them on trips to local farms with their lovely aunts and uncles so you don't have to bother Wink .

The woman in the bed across from me in the hospital had been sterilised during her section Boo. It was her fourth child so I can see why! I think as long as you're sure, it's better than having to go in for a separate operation.

I doubt I'll ever need sterilising as I won't ever have the energy to have sex again.

minimooo · 18/02/2015 16:36

haha wil! Grin I did wonder why my sister was quite so enthusiastic when I mentioned the trip!

TheBooMonster · 18/02/2015 16:41

a ha ha wil I'd happily never have sex again, my poor DH however might die from the weight of his balls!

Indigoblue2 · 18/02/2015 16:43

Jesus I had no idea you could effectively get spayed whilst having a section!!

Fleurchamp · 18/02/2015 16:54

Me neither! Crikey!

I think it will be up to DH to do the honourable thing if/ when the time comes Grin

Although saying that he sent me some beautiful flowers today Smile he is not the one for romantic gestures like that. It's our 10 year anniversary Shock although we are not celebrating until next week when we go away for a few days.

willywallace · 18/02/2015 17:03

Hehe book yourself in Indigo! Save yourself a fortune by not having anymore kids.

Where are you going Fleur?

teejayem · 18/02/2015 17:03

I really need a foof wax as well Boo but I am so impatient at growing it out -itchy crotch syndrome-- I always shave it all off. However now I'm pretty much unable to bend, and I can't see past the bump so it might be a good time to do it....

Pisghetti · 18/02/2015 17:09

Really sorry to hear that Stoat x

Lil I'm hoping against hope for a shy bean but can understand why you don't want to hang around in the meantime. Hope to see you back soon x

The only problem Fleur would be getting a passport in time. If there are backlogs when the baby is born (as there often are in summer) then you might struggle. Having a chat with the GP about jabs would be a good idea too. If you can get some sun though I'd go for it - babies are pretty portable!

Bump pics got deferred as the photographer had childcare issues. 6.30am getup for no reason! Had a lovely long nap though Grin woke up with a fancy for pancakes - I'm blaming you lot!

A crèche in a gym sounds like a great idea - not something I've sen around here Lauren! Just started following a new local buggyfit page on FB - classes start in March and I should be able to join in from April/May after 6 week check.

Great news Purple!

Note to self - hit post message after typing not half a day later.... Let's see what I've missed.....

Stoatystoat · 18/02/2015 17:26

Thank you for all your kind thoughts, it means a lot. I kind of don't know where to start with the Mc boards.

If anyone has any advice for managing it - and isn't it quite the Choice of least shit options - please PM me. I'm leaning towards medical and I'm scared. If it was just blood, I think it would be bearable but I can't bear the thought of anything else.

Pat your bumps or bloated tummies, it's a true miracle. Hopefully I will get one again.

Fleurchamp · 18/02/2015 17:38

Will do stoat so sh1t this has happened.

I don't know wil it's a surprise, although I have an idea it might be a little cottage in the Cotswolds we rented after our wedding for a few days Grin

Good thinking pis it will be over the usual summer passport office shambles Hmm

splodge77 · 18/02/2015 17:45

Ah so sorry to hear that stoat. Take care and hope to see you back here soon. Gah, I really feel like a glass of wine! Might be naughty & have a little one later when DS is in bed. Re waxed foofs, u r brave! Mines a scary jungle beneath the belly but out of sight out of mind I say heh heh!

willywallace · 18/02/2015 18:01

God where are these men who plan surprise trips away?

Tip for passports - apply online and then send docs off. I got my renewal in five days.

Stoat how far along were you? I had a natural mc at about 6 weeks and there was nothing identifiable so to speak. The thing with a natural process in your situation is the waiting. If the medical intervention doesn't worry you as such, it may help to just go in and get it over with. It's so personal though.

batfish · 18/02/2015 18:34

Oh no stoat that is utterly shitty I'm so so sorry Sad

Hope that in time you will feel a bit better, you won't ever forget your baby but hopefully you'll be back here soon. Take care of yourself.

cookielove · 18/02/2015 18:50

stoat so sorry!!

RPopz · 18/02/2015 18:55

Oh Stoat - I'm really sorry love Sad Take care of yourself. Hope we'll see you back here very soon x Thanks

Lovely news Purple!

That's awesome tee - GP actually being useful for once! Shock Being pregnant is bloody hard work at the best of times... Enjoy your rest Smile

I'd go for it Boo if it's what you want! I'm way too bloody indecisive to do something so final!!

Indigoblue2 · 18/02/2015 19:41

Ladies I'm still getting my 4 weekly waxing done as per before I got duffed. It's such a relief not having to worry about it and let someone else take care of your lady garden. I can't imagine how anyone with even a small bump manages to do anything down there.

Indigoblue2 · 18/02/2015 19:47

purple can't remb if I said congrats or not? If not then mega congrats on your bean!

DulcetMoans · 18/02/2015 20:16

I'll message about management stoat as my first was MMC.

I'd heard of that boo and seems sensible if that's what you want. Is there any extra recovery time?

Back pain seems to be relieved by doing stuff, it's staying still and sitting that causes the problem. Hopefully temporary. What does an osteopath do mini?

Happy anniversary fleur!

More pancakes for me today! Wink
