Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 15th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is [http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2230396-Remember-Remember-JS-in-November-no-to-bum-fun-car-shagging-and-worms-Control-your-stray-wombles-and-windy-boobs-Shout-WANKBADGERS-at-the-world-of-TTC-and-get-your-cape-on-for-JUST-SHAGGING-32 here] in its 32nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs [http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/postnatal_clubs/1472763-Just-Mumming-Along-viroids-2?pg=36&order= here] for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

These munchy boxes sound good. U had a chicken parmo...a local delicacy Smile heart attack in a box

DP has got himself some stable work. Which is great news financially, but it does mean I have to get used to not having him around so much Shock trying not to be selfish about it but I'm stamping my feet inside Grin

Leela5 · 21/11/2014 19:17

:) Lauren I know that feeling mine works shifts and I moan at him when he works coz he's not here and when he's here I moan he should be working. Aren't we a JOY!! Wink

I'm off out for dinner. Wearing skirt coz jeans too uncomfortable. They are fine until I eat and then I bloat and they cut me in half.

Minion · 21/11/2014 19:18

Im from the boro! Now I bloody want a parmo!
Yes to the colostrum, had it early, didn't realise that's what it was now it's coming non stop.

Oh god, my Chinese is not going to cut it. Only a parmo will do!
Damn you to hell Cheshire!!

Pisghetti · 21/11/2014 19:20

Have you mistaken your booblickle for your nipple? I started making colostrum quite early. I'm not at leaking point yet - tend to dribble a tiny bit after showers. Haven't managed to get DP in the eye while getting frisky yet Smile

Sweet Jesus just googled the chicken parmo Shock our local takeaway peculiarities are positively tame! A couple of years ago we went to visit by brother in Edinburgh. We had a few takeaways - one evening my SIL asked if I wanted my pizza deep fried and wasn't joking (I declined). Another time she looked at me like I'd asked for a puppy curry when I asked for poppadoms with a Chinese. Round here every Chinese takeaway does poppadoms!

teejayem · 21/11/2014 19:34

I also just googled chicken Parmo and am literally about to go out to tesco extra because I Neeeeeeeeeeed breaded chicken right now. Mr tee will have to manage his own dinner

teejayem · 21/11/2014 19:37

This is after a number of my latest snack fad. Slice of salami, rolled up in a slice of Gouda..... Yuuuuum

BothersomeB · 21/11/2014 19:40

Oh dear - just got ordered back to the sofa after having a jumping up and down tantrum over my own inability to re-seal a crisp packet. Mr b cooking tonight. Confused

Pisghetti · 21/11/2014 19:53

Haha Bother Grin my emotional outburst have all been mania so far - laughing so hard it hurts at things which aren't all that funny. I was in hysterics over a story about seals raping penguins which really isn't funny Confused

wilmabedrock · 21/11/2014 19:54

Tee I love a salami/gouda combo!

That chicken parmo looks like a heart attack in a box. Is it really greasy? Why the hell would you get poppadoms in a chinese?
Agree that deep fried pizzas are not our finest creation.

Thank god I've had tea or this chat would be making me soooo hungry.

Pisghetti · 21/11/2014 19:56

Poppadoms go brilliantly with Chinese food. I particularly enjoy them as I don't eat prawn crackers.

Minion · 21/11/2014 20:33

They can be greasy but you forget it once that delicious mouthful of bechamel sauce and cheese hits the tastebuds!
Sooo good. But huge. And they come with full chips and salad.
Tho you can get a ladies parmo, half the size but my motto is 'go hard or go home '!

laurenamium · 21/11/2014 20:38

Oh mini that's exciting that you're from boro! I'm in Redcar Grin

Love all the parmo googling! I got a half, threw it all back up. Parmos don't taste great in reverse Confused (sorry for those eating)

Is it too early for Christmas wrapping yet?

wilmabedrock · 21/11/2014 20:44

Haha brilliant! It sounds like one of those things which would be amazing when you're drunk but would make you barf at any other time. We just used to get chips and cheese with salad cream.

I am going to test this out Pis when I'm next 'allowed' to get Chinese.

HungryHorace · 21/11/2014 21:02

I know, Wil, why would we lie? Very strange thing to think, but there you go. :-/

And we are getting on OK...DD is proving to be A&A climber though. Yippee!

DH came into the lounge the other day and she was standing on the dining table. Marvellous!

La, stabby womble pain is totally normal. It's either implantation or the corpus luteum on the ovary you ovulated from. Don't worry about it.

God, I detest early pregnancy. How does anybody stay sane for it?

But today you are pregnant. Just keep remembering that. :-)

TheBooMonster · 21/11/2014 21:17

all the talk of take aways is making me feel decidedly queasy, either that or it is the cream filled baked goods I've just eaten that had nonstandard bakery cream in O.o I really need a very specific cream, that all bakeries put in their baked goods, but apparently the Morisons bakery doesn't which makes me sad as I walked in the rain and everything to get them!

Boobs leak before the baby comes?! eyes my boobs suspiciously I don't remember that from last time!!

DD had a meltdown on the bus today, in the end I cried whilst a lovely lady held a (somewhat one sided) conversation with DD about her bunny cuddly toy... how the hell am I supposed to cope when there are two of them?!

OP posts:
KatoPotato · 21/11/2014 21:24

Googled it and it's called 'caked colustrum. BREASTICLE just popped in the bath and now I feel sick

ZylaB · 21/11/2014 21:29

So DH usually stays away twice a week for work as he works a long way away and I worry it's too far to do daily commutes (think goes there on a mon, stays over mon night, comes home tues after work... Goes on wed, stops over wed night, comes home Thursday night and day trip on fri or work from home - this or some sort of variation on it) and I have no probs with it at all and it keeps us in the house we love, close to our parents (half hour from each).

He went away this morning on a boys' weekend they do once a year, will be back late mon night. I don't mind him going, want him to have a nice time too, and I'm blaming hormones, but I'm really upset without him at the moment. I've got stuff to do at home and am going to cinema with a friend tomorrow and lunch with my mum on mon, but I feel really down. Meh, why are hormones so shit?!

Sorry for moody post.

wilmabedrock · 21/11/2014 21:34

Oh Boo, I feel just the same. We had a supermarket meltdown today. Thank god I wasn't by myself.

Ooh a climber Horace. MiniWil tends to save her climbing for appropriate places thank god. Good luck with that Grin .

I had kind of crusty yellow on nipples at start of second trimester but nothing since. I've never had leaky boobs before baby although if it's a thing I should buy breast pads.

RPopz · 21/11/2014 21:47

KFC FTW here. God I'm addicted. Didn't finish work til 8 though, so I earned it right. No leaky boobsicles for me yet. Feeling left out! not at all

Minion · 21/11/2014 21:55

lauren, yep husband and mine families are both from there, him more so than me! we've moved for work but there's no mistaking his accent!
SIL is in Redcar, well she says Marske as it's on the border.

wilmabedrock · 21/11/2014 22:20

Zyla I know that feeling well. I would be useless living by myself. Hope the weekend passes quickly for you.

It's past ten o'clock and I'm not in bed yet. This is almost unheard of.

RPopz · 21/11/2014 22:37

Hugs Zyla. Hopefully he will be super greatful you let him go, and spoil you rotten when he gets back Smile I hate being away from DH too, even more so now I'm pregnant. xxx

laurenamium · 21/11/2014 22:46

Zyla I'm in EXACTLY the same place as you! DP went this morning and won't be back until Sunday night/ Monday depending on work and how much he drinks after Hmm then we need to have the talk about how we are going to deal with his commute for this new job- but I think it will be much the same as you and your DP have going on. It's good to know it works I suppose. I'm just so used to having him here and I'm needy Grin

Minion I reckon me and your SIL could well be living on the same street area Grin Its closer for me to walk to marske than it is Redcar town from my house! Small world!

wilmabedrock · 22/11/2014 05:26

aaargh back pain. I've given up and am lying on my front. Baby doesn't seem amused.

I would find it hard if MrWil was away a few nights every week. Would be ok if I wasn't working I suppose but I usually leave him to sort out the toddler on working days as I'm knackered. I don't know how forces wives cope.

Nessalina · 22/11/2014 06:32

Ugh, I'd hate not having DH about to help... I'm already dreading him going back to work on Monday, and he's only doing half days!

Wil - interest rates are super tricky to predict right now and no one knows just when they'll start to go up again. If you've come off a deal and you're on your lender's standard variable rate, then it's worth fixing now I'd say because there's lots of good low rates about, and I can't imagine they'll get so much lower over the next 6 months or so that it's worth holding out for better.
If you're on a good discount tracker rate at the minute then it's a bit different... Personally I'd say that there's no point moving on to a fixed rate now that means you paying more than you do at the moment, but if your mortgage is large and you'd prefer to pay a little more now if order to have security and fix your payments for the next 3-5yrs, then go for it.
We currently have a great tracker, we're paying just 0.74% above base rate, so only 1.24% at the minute, so I can't fix without paying more which I'd rather not do... So I'm going to ride out my rate for now... I figure even if rates do rise, they will rise very slowly, and they can go up by quite a bit and not have a massive effect on my payments. If I was already paying 3-4% though, I'd be looking to switch and fix now I think.
