Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 15th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is [http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2230396-Remember-Remember-JS-in-November-no-to-bum-fun-car-shagging-and-worms-Control-your-stray-wombles-and-windy-boobs-Shout-WANKBADGERS-at-the-world-of-TTC-and-get-your-cape-on-for-JUST-SHAGGING-32 here] in its 32nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs [http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/postnatal_clubs/1472763-Just-Mumming-Along-viroids-2?pg=36&order= here] for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Primary teacher Zyla.

Leela5 · 17/11/2014 07:31

Morning viroids!
Ness - sounds lovely having him home at last and that he's settling nicely like that. Wee lamb xx

wil are you able to go for a pregnancy massage? It's maybe the strain on you of carrying baby plus probably doing too much day to day as well. Stress and strain all holds itself in our spines and yours is having to cope with a lot. A massage would relax any tension and might ease the pain a bit - or at least disseminate it from whatever pressure point is being irritated in your back. Or perhaps you could go swimming?

DulcetMoans · 17/11/2014 07:41

Thanks all. I stopped googling for now after 'too much folic acid' to see if there was a limit. Just so much waiting all the bloody time.

Back paid when laying down is a pain in the arse wil, there's no relief then! Has it only happened since BFP?

Not sure it does stop at 30 even ness. MIL had a minor breakdown yesterday when DH didn't answer when she knocked on the bathroom door. She thought something had happened to him... Hmm He was in a different bathroom and he'd only been in there 2 mins! What she thought would have happened I don't know! Anyway, great news on the sleep. Hope it continues for you!

Leela5 · 17/11/2014 07:42

How are you this morning chat?

wilmabedrock · 17/11/2014 07:59

Yes Chat, hope you're ok.

Ha bless your MIL Dulce, that's funny. My mum is a bit like that.

Yeah it's just a pg thing. I do have a bit of a dodgy back anyway but not had this before. Was hoping to get a pg massage voucher for Christmas but that feels like ages away so maybe can ask for an early one. Pretty skint and haven't even started with presents yet and only 2 pay days left before stat mat Shock .

laurenamium · 17/11/2014 08:00

Morning viroids, how are you feeling chat?

Step away from google dulcet!

DP actually didn't do anything wrong last night Grin I had my flu jab on Friday and its given me a hefty cold, my heads killing and I'm full of snot and ridiculously emotional. I keep having really over the top sobbing howling sessions. DP just does this face Hmm...Grin

RPopz · 17/11/2014 08:12

Haha, i had one of those on Thursday night Lauren... DH was very muchHmm at the time... but since then he has really upped his game! Shock He made a rota for all the housework and dog walking (which mostly has his name on it lol), bought me flowers and a gym ball home on Saturday, and just generally been more affectionate (EVEN dtd last night... though I totes couldn't be arsed haha!!).

Dulce I think they only sell it in the right denominations iyswim... so as long as you take the dose recommended you're fine. Unless you eat oodles and oodles of special k and bread. Bless your MIL! That sounds like something my MIL would do Grin

Feel your pain Wil - the other night my back was agony as long as I was sat down, stood up or laid down... Hmm Excellent. Mine comes and goes though, it's generally works fault. Can you get a physio app or something - sure you can get massages on the nhs. Though how long as you'd have to wait is anyone's guess...

Glad babyJ is doing well Ness Smile

Hope you're unpreggo'd now where ever you are Furry!!

cookielove · 17/11/2014 08:21

Hello all :)

Eli is 3 months! How time flies! I can confirm that pregnacy worry does transform into baby worry Wink

FurryScoob · 17/11/2014 08:23

Sounds like things are going ok ness

Flowers for all the achy bits

Still up the duff, 3rd sweep in a few hours. Induction booked for Thursday if nothing happens before then. Keep getting random sharper twinges but they never get going into anything stronger.

wilmabedrock · 17/11/2014 08:40

Oh Furry, you sound quite calm though, or is it driving you crazy?

God a man with a rota Popz, that sounds amazing. MrWil would tell me to get to Hell if I tried to introduce such a thing. He has pissed off to work with the child carseat so we are now going to be stuck in the house all day instead of going out as planned Angry .

Never thought of going to NHS physio. Feel a bit bad when it's not urgent. Have a midwife appointment next week so will ask what she thinks.

Hope the snot pisses off soon Lauren.

RPopz · 17/11/2014 08:49

We'll see how long it lasts Wil Wink Its stuck on the fridge Grin He seems quite adamant that he's going to do more than 50% of everything from now until after the baby is born.... It makes me feel a little guilty tbh. But hey ho!

3 months cookie! Shock

wilmabedrock · 17/11/2014 08:54

Does he realise he'll have to keep doing it after the baby arrives as you'll have a newborn glued to your tit?! Grin .

God I'm going to have to do housework today due to my enforced incarceration. How depressing Shock .

DulcetMoans · 17/11/2014 09:13

KRAZY KLAXON - Dulcet entering anxiety spiral. (la - shouldn't have taught me that phrase!). I gave up on google and tested instead and line wasn't as dark as the last one. I mean, it is dark and everything but it isn't AS dark! Does this mean anything? Does it?! I then went back to google and saw they can get lighter but surely not this early! Oh god, I will never have a baby!

You do sound very calm furry, hope you can maintain the calm when it all kicks off. By the end of the week you will get to meet though - exciting!

Guess you have to DTD even if you can't be arsed popz, since we did it to the DHs before getting pg!

BothersomeB · 17/11/2014 09:31

Dulcet - Calm the fuck down! You are still pregnant...all is well...and, breath! Flowers

Am busy getting the streamers, balloons and jelly and ice cream ready for our weekend celebration of getting through this week...you can distract yourself by being in charge of party games if you like? Grin

One day at a time, my lovely, one day at a time. xxx

wilmabedrock · 17/11/2014 09:39

Love that response Bother. Yes Dulcet, get organising the games. We can have musical bumps obviously. Pin the placenta on the foetus? Some kind of target vomming for you first trimesterers?

Pee sticks are evil and mess with your head. I demand you do no more.

ChatEnOeuf · 17/11/2014 09:39

Oh Dulcet! Swapping Google for additional pee stick worry, not good! Could be because you're better hydrated, or a different stick, myriad of reasons Thanks. Times like these I wish we could stomach drink wine. Does a great job at calming the nerves... Tell us about it though, problem shared and all that.

So pleased to hear about Baby J's BFing and weight gain! Well done :)

Wil I feel your pain, I suffer on and off with back pain, I find long uninterrupted baths help the most. Maybe you could force your DH into a lovely massage. Though if he's anything like mine, he'll expect a shag in return Hmm

Good luck for the sweep Scoob, hopefully this one will do the trick.

I'm still mad. Spotting back to tea-coloured CM, but our burglar alarm is beeping incessantly following an early-morning power cut. Code not working to shut it up - waiting for the tech guys to call me back. City in gridlock so DH is working at home today.

DulcetMoans · 17/11/2014 09:55

Thank bother, I need this. I am a fool. I know this. Haven't told DH as he will call me silly, and he's right. Ok, focus on the end of the week where I will make a docs appointment and maybe get refereed to midwife. That's the goal. Small targets, like weight loss. Party games, right. Think. Can we have some sort of weeing competition? I think I can win if it's based on quantity and not concentration of HCG!

Should probably stop listening to sad songs too... it isn't helping!

Oh chat, what a shit morning! Good DH is working from home though - probably... Glad the spotting has stopped.

wilmabedrock · 17/11/2014 09:56

Chat he would undoubtedly expect a shag and wouldn't even put effort into the massage part. He hates massages so doesn't really 'get' the concept or is a lazy bastard. Grin

Can you go out and leave Mr Chat with the incessant beeping? Stuff like that sends me round the bend.

Leela5 · 17/11/2014 10:06

Chat this sounds like morning from hell! I hate beeping :( can you smash it with broom handle?

dulcet lovely I know it's a mind fuck but you might just have drunk more. Try to put it out of your head. Today we are...

I've got womble pain at work. Like it, it's comforting. Boobs still not sore. Fuck the boobs!

Pisghetti · 17/11/2014 10:08

Oh ladies Sad wish we could fast forward the first twelve weeks for you. It is such a horrible time.

My baby book confirmed today that from 23 weeks babies are indeed setting down the sleeping routines they will have after birth!

Monday again? 12 more Mondays until mat leave..... I have a technical presentation to prepare for a Chinese delegation and I just can't get into it at all.

Oh Wil that's annoying Angry DS's dad drove off with the pram one day when I was getting ready to take year old DS to nursery on my way to uni. He couldn't walk at that time and was too heavy to carry. I contemplated rolling him down the hill in his baby walker but thankfully shelved that idea and called the nursery instead and they picked him up. Hope your back is feeling better. Mine was pretty bad last night - I blame it on heels and uncomfortable seats last night. We went to see a string quartet play at a local church. They were very good but I couldn't join in the appreciation of the sparkling wine and canapés as there were few veggie options and I can't get enthusiastic about a few grapes and some orange juice Hmm

Fx the sweep today gets baby furry moving scoob!

BothersomeB · 17/11/2014 10:20

Aw, Dulcet - I don't think you're a fool at all! I've had days like that too...and will again, I have no doubt...I had the total fear for most of last week. So hard to remain positive when crap's happened in the past and you soooo want it all to be OK. Confused

Party games - I reckon I'd give you a run for your money on weeing...there was one evening last week that I counted 9 wees in the space of 3 hours, and then got up 5 times in the night too...surely that's not normal!?

Could also smash kettle chip eating...

xxx

BothersomeB · 17/11/2014 10:23

Can I just say - it's so lovely to have the support of you guys who are further along - very re-assuring that you experienced the same things and everything worked out...much better than hanging out with 100's of people in the same boat - imagine the paranoia! Not even looking at the July fred for that reason.
Thank you! Flowers

wilmabedrock · 17/11/2014 10:24

You're hardcore wearing heels to a church event Pis. I bring them out only for weddings at this stage!

The nursery picked him up?! Bloody hell, that's good service. I am still sitting on my arse instead of doing housework. So fucking lazy.

wilmabedrock · 17/11/2014 10:33

Ah Bother we had people do the same for us. So glad we had that little flurry of BFPs about 6 months ago which revived the thread.

Ooh we could have a contest to see who can get Furry to go into labour (not offering a sweep mind). If your little one is still clinging on by the weekend of course.

Pisghetti · 17/11/2014 10:40

The nursery was fabulous. Shame we moved so far away really! That's another thing for the to-do list.. find a nursery. I thought the heels would be ok as I only had to do a little walking. Nope - I'm going to have to dig out some sparkly flats for any events that require a dress! I had to be crowbarred into the dress as it is (not literally) as I really couldn't be arsed to dress up but DP really didn't want me going in jeans Hmm

Totally failed to get DS his winter wardrobe again. What is it with shops deciding that 13 is the end of childhood? I managed one pair of jeans (Primark men's department) and that was it. Now I have to try again next weekend Hmm

In chirpier news I now have a coat for winter! Yes that was the highlight of my weekend Grin £30 for a fleece lined parka with huge fluffy hood = bargain. It isn't a maternity coat - just bought one two sizes up and hoping for the best....
