Good luck me!

Thanks granny I was trying to make sense of the HMRC document and couldn't see for all the jargon! I think it's only when you 'salary sacrifice'. Company haven't said anything to me about vouchers but are continuing to pay their part of the pension (didn't mention paying mine) so have written and email this pm for clarification. My hr dept is useless!!

Grannyapple · 09/10/2014 18:07

It's not openly known apparently...I only found out after I had a word with my corporate payroll dept when I wanted to make AVC's to avoid dropping to the lower level of childcare vouchers after I increased my hours...that's how she explained it to me. Meant I could afford to put DS 2 days/wk instead of 1 when I was pg last year with DD. My friend is an HR manager too & she said it's the result of a case that went to the European courts a few years ago...

TMI alert

Had first dose of prostaglandin pessary at half three. Has not worked yet.

Took matters into our own hands (as it were) and have had a sneaky dose of it orally Wink

See if that works, if not, it was quite fun!

Pregnantagain7 · 09/10/2014 20:12

MundayCakes85 · 09/10/2014 20:38

In a real strop tonight, and starting to get a banging headache. Baby been quieter all day but now having a party in my uterus. Doesn't it know it's eviction time? Might go have a little cry, don't know why I'm so emotional

mum2kiss · 09/10/2014 20:39

Anyone know how to create a new thread? We'll be needing one pretty soon and I have no clue how to do it on my phone!

mum2kiss · 09/10/2014 20:45

Blush puppy and mrs Blush you dirty dogs!!!

puppythedog · 09/10/2014 20:45

I can start one but I can't link it if I do. Or do any of the list stuff cos we're in hospital waiting for labour to start properly Smile

STIGZ · 09/10/2014 20:57

Shit.. I have just felt a trickle of wet stuff, bladder empty so dunno if its pee or not ? Doesnt smell like pee but i have drank alot of water today?

Shitting it nowConfused put a pad on to see if it gets wet ? Breech baby & waters going is not great really Sad will phone midwife soon

puppythedog · 09/10/2014 21:07

Keep us posted Stigz. Fingers crossed it's either not waters or no longer breach.

fedupofrainydays · 09/10/2014 21:09

Phone mw stigz - as sounds like waters to me. Good luck lovely

fedupofrainydays · 09/10/2014 21:11

Ha ha - the dogs, was that medicine consumed in hospital?!?! You crack me up!

ldt87 · 09/10/2014 21:12

You were spot on yellow ! He's here! We got to the hospital at 2:15 and he was born at 2:43!

He weighs 8lb 4oz and is scrummy! We're in for the night though as he had pooed in his waters. He's doing fab though. He's called james and is a dye date baby! Xx

Shirehobbit · 09/10/2014 21:12

I can start a new thread now - I can link it, but not copy the formatted list.

STIGZ · 09/10/2014 21:27

Just called, to put pad on & monitor for an hour then call back ... But as ususl they dont seem overly concerned, just like last time she told "a show" could mean labour could begin in two hours or two weeks - for me it was less than two hours and was nearly pushing out a breech baby in dp's car, so im rather paranoid this timeConfused

YellowWellies · 09/10/2014 21:54

Stigz that's exactly what happened to me. It turned out a blessing as I had the loveliest most chilled out CS and can remember every lovely detail unlike with my natural birth. So if it comes to it don't despair xx
