Well despite all the goings on on my "oh sh*t" thread I know I'm not going to be terminating. So I figured I may as well start a club for June 2007! Don't suppose there's many (if any) others yet - I'm not even quite 4 weeks yet, and my EDD will be 5th June!!

comebacksummer am in barnsley yorkshire whetre are you?

comebacksummer · 08/10/2006 07:40

hi trace
i'm in suffolk, near colchester and ipswich. but the hospital i was talking about was in kent. i'm due to have this one at ipswich.. no idea if that's any good!! Have found that it's got easier birth wise.. went from 27 hours with dd1 to 5 hours with dd2.. on that ratio with no.3 hopefully it'll just drop out with no pain (ha ha)

Hi ladies
Thanks for all your advice and encouragement. The spotting is very sporadic and feeling less anxious about it. Don't think I will bother going to see GP tomorrow - unless you guys think I should.

I had an emergency C-section with my DD1 last September and would rather not have another but to be honest I can't even think about the birth at the moment just desperate to make it through to 3 months and the scan without miscarrying. Am 5 weeks tomorrow - got a long way to go.

I am charting my temp as recommend in Toni Weschler's book and it is giving me the complete gitters when my temp drops at all! I know I just need to relax. I was so relaxed in my 1st pregnancy but since my miscarriage I just know what can go wrong now.

trace2 · 08/10/2006 15:40

hi everybody- hope you're all well- haven't been able to post much over the last few days as dp in hospital but he's ok now!!!
5+6 today and still feeling incredibly tired, boobs like rocks..but no real sickness which concerns me a bit.
I have my scan 2 weeks today and am c++++++g myself but I'd rather know..iykwim.
Sticky stuff to all!!

lilKel · 09/10/2006 13:39

hello - still in the game - fingers crossed. 5+2 only so a long ways to go. feeling sicky though so guess that's a 'good' thing. LOL!

Re temping - I'm still doing it just to give myself a bit of reassurance. Or warning. Heck I'm just doing it to distract myself really...

Daisybump · 09/10/2006 13:52

Can I join in?
BFP this morning and EDD 18 June (4+3 at the mo). Had two MC since last Nov (one at 11 weeks and the other at six) so feeling a little bit anxious. Already have one DS who is four and just started school.

for Andi0411...I never had any sickness to speak of with DS, just very slight queasiness on waking, but I was OK as soon as I was out of bed. Been feeling sick as a dog since last week with boobs like bricks as well which I did have with DS but not with either of the m/cs (is this a good sign??)

buffythenappyslayer · 09/10/2006 14:41

hi everyone, havent been around for a few days.unfortunately mine wasnt a sticky one.had mc last wednesday.am sad,but at least it happened early this time.me and dh are going to try again but i think we'll have a rest for a while.

hope everyone else is doing well.

trace2 · 09/10/2006 14:45

buffythenappyslayer · 09/10/2006 14:50

im just glad that i didnt tell too many people, and definately glad i didnt tell the kids.

dh wants to try straight away but im just scared it will happen again.

trace2 · 09/10/2006 15:34

yes i know, but you must try now as the fear will get worse not better, i this time am taking aspin i hope it works, but i too can not relax which dont help really, you know you can get pg, and you know you have kids already, so keep postive as much as possible! but how are you in your body? now stopped bleeding?

trace2 · 09/10/2006 16:38

NattyandThomasandBump · 09/10/2006 16:40

6+3.
havent had any bleeding since this morning. dont want to be a drama queen but they feeling like light contractions, going from my front to my back.

trace2 · 09/10/2006 16:41

oh sorry i didnt read it right sorry!, just stay in bed,was it alot or just a little?

trace2 · 09/10/2006 16:41

if its stopped its a good sign

NattyandThomasandBump · 09/10/2006 16:42

woke up with alot, but it was just spotting once changed underware and bedding (TMI sorry) is it possible that the physical exersion of changing bed caused spotting?

trace2 · 09/10/2006 16:43

your not a drama queen, you are worried like most on here, just take it easy, you know we are here to keep you comfy in bed

steppemum · 09/10/2006 16:43

Hi can I tentatively join this thread? I am 4 weeks today, but did a test on saturday as I knew I was pregnant, and it was +ve. This is what we had planned, but we weren't expecting to get preggers first month, and to be honest I have spent all weekend tearful and not feeling happy or excited at all. The worst is that I have a history of mc at 5-8 weeks (3 mc s) so I might not yet hold on to this one, and I feel really bad about the way I am feeling.

I have 1 ds age 3, and dd age 18 months.

trace2 · 09/10/2006 16:44

when you going for scan?

NattyandThomasandBump · 09/10/2006 16:45

lol thanks trace. u brought tears to my eyes (bloody hormones) been taking preg tests (cheap ebay ones got loads) every few days to check hormone levels are going up not down, and i havent had a dip in temp at all, so i know its prob nothing. i am focusing on being able to see my baby tomorrow, and trying not to think the worst

trace2 · 09/10/2006 16:45

hi steppemum welcome hope its a sticky one, i hope this thread is sticky

trace2 · 09/10/2006 16:47

yes i high temp is a good sign, and you can bleed while pg and be fine, glad its tomorrow, not long to wait,
