Ok, if you go on mumsnet using the safari browser (not the app) there is a little box under where you post a message allowing you to add a file. If you click on that then it will let you upload a pic from your ipad!
So when you get your car back, upload a pic and we can get gender guessing ;)

hanflan · 06/08/2014 14:15

memphis ditto, I tried that (my local scanning centre says they can tell from 12 weeks with a 95% success rate so we could know NOW!!!!) but DH just told me to be patient and not to waste money that could be spent on important baby things. Hmmff. Me, patient?!

Bimberley · 06/08/2014 14:34

I'm 15 weeks tomorrow! My private scan place does gender from 16 weeks! It is very tempting to book one but my DH has also said wait! But my 20 week scan is not until I'm 21 weeks!

Memphisbelly · 06/08/2014 14:37

Hanflan my friend got told at her 12 week scan, gutted I didn't. Gender scans are half price at the moment here and mum has offered to pay but dh says it isn't about the money I should just wait apparently

donkir · 06/08/2014 14:42

Ooo nice to see all the pics. Normally on app so don't get to see them all. I've looked at the pics and they all look the same to me. I'm happy for you all to take a look at my jelly bean and try to guess.

Memphisbelly · 06/08/2014 14:48

Donkir the theory is the nub theory and the head/chin, if the chin is pointy then they say girl.

JacktheLab · 06/08/2014 14:54

I've abandoned the app to add my photo, here's our bean for comparison.

We already have a ds so honestly we'd love a girl this time, so we are def having a gender scan

JacktheLab · 06/08/2014 14:59

I'm supposed to be working so I'll guess this evening Grin

donkir · 06/08/2014 15:10

Well I can't see the nub but def got a pointy chin as has frenetic. OH would love a girl as although ds isn't his he treats him as such.

Memphisbelly · 06/08/2014 15:16

Dh would favour another boy but I am not bothered either way, ds only wants a boy in the house, saying dh favours a boy, When we had ds I really wanted a boy and he wasn't fussed either way and as we only planned on having on baby back then he did say he was a bit sad he wouldn't have a daughter.

BanglesSpangles · 06/08/2014 15:25

eee great stuff everyone- lovely to see lots of pics and successful scans. Think I'm going to go and try and update the due dates thread, if someone hasn't already (ha- can you tell it's pretty quiet at work?!)

hanflan · 06/08/2014 15:28

Oooooh bangles can you switch mine to Feb 13th?! Thanks! :)

BanglesSpangles · 06/08/2014 15:33

Done and done- Jack, I know you said yours had moved but my addled brain couldn't work out if it was going two days forward or two days back, so Ive not moved you

Went back three pages in the thread, so advanced apologies to anyone I've missed!

JacktheLab · 06/08/2014 15:36

I'm now two days further on so my due date is earlier, but don't worry too much it might change again at the twenty week scan :)

Need to work, can't be motivated damn you smart phone!

BanglesSpangles · 06/08/2014 16:29

Coolio, so I think that means 5th Feb... Just went back through the whole of the last thread and did some updating- If anyone wants to make changes, feel free!

freneticfox · 06/08/2014 16:36

Thanks Bangles!

I'm still obsessing over if we can tell the gender yet - the sonographer was adamant it was too early to tell, next scan isn't until 24th Sept, so feels like a really long wait!

OP posts:
Memphisbelly · 06/08/2014 17:17

Frenetic they can tell that early I got 5 pics with ds all will a clear willy between the legs she denied it was and said it was floating matter eventhough he was jumping about and the nub didnt move, I took the pic back with me at the 20 week scan and they admitted it was clear as day it was a boy they just wasn't allowed to say.

Two reasons I am obsessed with needing to know is with ds there were loads of unisex clothes but this time there is nothing and I have a holiday in Dec and xmas to pay for so want more time to buy baby stuff.
And ds is so adamant he wants a boy I want to know either way to drill it into him if it isn't

BanglesSpangles · 06/08/2014 17:52

We have a girls name that we love and are undecided on a boys name... That's a good reason to want a girl, right?!

Ultimately I don't mind but I just want to know NOW! (Impatient face)

Viperama · 06/08/2014 18:41

Hi Ladies this is awesome to hear so much good news on all your scan results :-)
I've got mine tmrw at 350 so fingers crossed for me.
Due to my agedness we are also paying to have a private harmony scan on Monday, developed by the same dr that created the nuchal scan method, it's just the most uptodate methodology so we're going for it for peace of mind. Then if results are good only happy shiney positive thoughts from me for the rest of this pregnancy.

Bangonthedoor · 06/08/2014 18:48

Lovely scan pics!

DP and I aren't going to find out the sex again but that doesn't mean I don't have fun guessing and trying to work it out!

Anyone have any clues by my pic?!

Good luck viperama! Positive vibes to you! Grin

freneticfox · 06/08/2014 20:12

Good luck viper - updates pls!!:D

Bangles I'm exactly the same; incredibly impatient. I already feel fairly protective of little Fox, but it feels so impersonal saying 'it' at the moment... daft I know!

Hi guys, congrats on all the lovely scans. It really starts sinking in and feeling like it's actually happening once you seem them squirming about doesn't it?! It's taken me since yesterday evening to catch up on all the posts, anyone would of thought I'd been incognito for weeks, not just a couple of days! The wedding was fab, somehow we managed to dance the night away at the disco. The vicar and pal doing Status Quo was memorable!! It did mean that Monday was a write off though, by the time we got rid of my mom and sister late morning we needed to sleep! And I was tired most of Tuesday too. So, I can pull off a busy active day, but it takes 2 days to recover. Hmmm. Good job I'm not planning any more of those!
For those talking about being 'bunged up', I've been on a swig of lactulose morning and night for the last 6 weeks+. Glamorous this pregnancy malarkey ain't!

Bimberley · 06/08/2014 22:00

Watching OBEM thinking holy cow this is me again soon! Can remember the pain all too well!

Memphisbelly · 06/08/2014 22:23

Welcome back Mrs Geeky Wink
had my best friend over for tes tonight was nice as dh is away and I haven't seen friend for a few weeks as we normally meet in the pub! I have a key to his house and told him I nearly had to go in to use his toilet yesterday after the break down (he lives in village center) we have been planning our trips for next year Alton Towers and a festival (these are two things dh hates) weird planning stuff knowing I will have another baby!
