Morning all.
I am 7 weeks today :) these weeks are going very fast all of a sudden! It was 3 weeks ago I found out I was pregnant. Hope all are ok. Have a good day.

Rum- I feel your pain, fellow nutter here! I am very tearful lately. Also have zero patience! I think its hormonal and also the fact I feel exhausted and a one year old who loves to wake before 6am every day and I feel sick as a dog! Woke in the night last night and couldn't sleep as felt so ill. I am deffo one those who needs to eat little and often to ward off the sickness! not gaining 5 stone with this bloody pregnancy though

Saraswati · 15/05/2014 06:44

Morning!

madrigals didn't know that! Got a 3+ this morning so I'm happy with that :)

Was up at 5 again for a wee and doing my cb digi (crazy) I've found I have to eat as soon as I'm awake to avoid sickness. This morning it was crumpets, but because it was so early I'm going to need porridge before I go to the midwife. Eating two breakfasts makes me feel like an athlete :) although I'll soon look about as far from an athlete as you can get!!

ChineseFireball · 15/05/2014 06:51

Ooooh crumpets...

DulcetMoans · 15/05/2014 06:57

If like a crumpet if they are going...?

In bed feeling a little sick but could just be hungry. Couple of days off now, just want to relax!

Welcome to all the new new-yearers!!

fancyacupoftea · 15/05/2014 06:59

Bloody hell, was that nausea I experienced? That's a first! But fear not - marmite toast has killed it! Food is amazing.

MademoiselleG · 15/05/2014 07:03

Morning early risers!! Mmmmhhh breakfast...my favourite meal! Toast with peanut butter today I think?

I'm really dreading work because of my dreaded colleague - how bad is that?! But taking comfort in the fact I'm only in this morning as I have a scan thus afternoon, hurray!!Grin (I hope I'll still be saying hurray at 3pm).

I hope ms stays at bay for us all...!

KeepOnKeepingOnAndOnAndOnAndOn · 15/05/2014 07:03

Fancy- marmite toast all the way! Perfect ms cure ladies :)

EnglishGirlAbroad · 15/05/2014 07:07

Morning ladies!! What's with waking at the arse crack of dawn!! Was wide awake at 6am!!
Made some porridge - used to be able to devour a huge bowl.... now i feel a bit sick right now! In the bin it goes!!

Positivity all round.... Today I am pregnant

Good luck with your scan Mademoiselle, and hope the bitch at work keeps her distance!!

fancyacupoftea · 15/05/2014 07:19

Yeah that bitch is really winding me up on your behalf. Remember my previous advice - just kill her.

DulcetMoans · 15/05/2014 07:23

mademoselle - if you are managing her are you able to start some discipline procedures? I know you said she will be managing you soon but all the while you are the boss she needs to behave and play by the rules!

I have a new team starting next week, I'm going to r one of those annoying bosses that announces she's off after two months!!

Saraswati · 15/05/2014 07:39

mademoiselle good luck today! Don't let the bitch ruin your day, today is going to be a good day for you!

Did someone say marmite? Mmmmm :)

MademoiselleG · 15/05/2014 07:50

Thanks girls, you just all made me GrinGrin
Disciplinary action not appropriate: in true passive/aggressive style, she'd very sly and picks her victims very carefully. Preferably as sensitive as her (=me!). Dh thinks she's jealous (she's 40, single, hadn't had a shag in 5 yrs...!). I like that thought!

Today we are pregnant. Today is a good day!

lindamagoo · 15/05/2014 07:53

What a night! My youngest little monster has had me up almost every bloody hour so today's look is very similar to a Zombie Hmm I've got rid of my thermometer now as my temps were worrying me a little and it was stressing me out. So today ladies I am pregnant and happy Smile

j200 · 15/05/2014 08:02

Morning all! On tube to work, feeling queasy and bloated but hoping it will pass! Mmmm marmite toast...

I am the same with work, changed roles 3 weeks ago and have a new team... My manager is not going to be amused...

Don't take any crap ladies, we are making another person right now, deserves respect Smile

Let us know re scan MG

Xx

RPopz · 15/05/2014 08:05

Bleeeurgh think I'm going to have to give up my morning orange juice... I always feel ok until that! Envy

Good luck to everyone scanning today x Thanks

Camsie30 · 15/05/2014 08:20

Great news J200! I had a massive stress dream and work up with a start at 5.30! Got What To Expect when You're Expecting yesterday, now just willing away the rest of the week so I can read it over the weekend!!

ChaircatMiaow · 15/05/2014 09:50

Hello all, may I join you? Only got my bfp yesterday. Had my bloods done and should have the results in early next week. My GP has already booked me into the local birthing centre as it fills up really quickly. Have my referral for the 7 week scan too. This is all going so quickly!!

Stats are: ChaircatMiaow, DC1, EDD 20/1/2015

Good luck with the scan today MlleG

Aaargh what a morning. DH woke up in a foul mood and proceeded to take it out on everyone. Shouted at DS while DS was avoiding putting his toys back in the box. Then was stressy with me "I've got to go to work!" Yes, dear, as do I. Grumped through getting DS dressed (in non matching clothes which I'm going to twitch about all day) and then let for work at about 8. It is now 9.48 and I am still not at work. I am sitting in my car outside nursery listening to DS continue with the meltdown he started at breakfast at 8.30. And trying not to cry (curses, hormones). Sad

And also I don't feel very sick today so I'm panicking.

Arses.

Whinge over. As you were, ladies.

7+5

MelMc73 · 15/05/2014 09:52

English my boobs were tender last week and eased off over the weekend but getting worse again last night! They are worse at night as well. It's defo almost time to wear a bra in bed....dh will not enjoy that lol!

Brummie I had an early bfp as well due to short cycles - the last 2 were 25 then 18 days! Crazy stuff. Although I think the 18 day one was caused by stress as I am dealing with my idiot ex (DS's father) trying to raise a court action for contact. Just don't need that right now!

Working at home today so I suppose I'd better get on with it
Brew ......... Biscuit ...... Cake !!
