Yes Linda!! Could sleep all day but come night time, nope! And when I do fall asleep it's really light so I wake a lot!
Definite double boobage today!
Currently trying to down enough water to be able to see something with out making myself desperate for a wee.

lindamagoo · 22/05/2014 08:51

It's driving me nuts and the kids don't let me nap during the day Hmm Your scan is 9.30 isn't it English?

lindamagoo · 22/05/2014 09:01

Hope all the scans go well today Thanks

Camsie30 · 22/05/2014 09:19

Linda I'm able to get to sleep no problem, but have been wide awake at 4 or 5 am which is beyond frustrating. I'm on the tube to work now and can barely keep my eyes open as I type zzzzzzz.......

gingysmummy · 22/05/2014 09:22

i posted a picture but it's disappered?? i will try again good luck for all the scans today x

Loobyloo893 · 22/05/2014 09:23

Camsie that's me too. Sleep fine until 4 then that's it. Just drifted off again this morning at 6 and DS woke up. Urgh!
Hope all the scans go well today, thinking of you all x

gingysmummy · 22/05/2014 09:25

gingys how sweet. Love the scan pics, gutted that I never got one Hmm

I was getting a good sleep last week but waking early, now I just can't sleep any longer than an hour at a time. I guess I have to be thankful that I don't work though, you poor ladies must be knackered

MelMc73 · 22/05/2014 10:06

I'm having trouble sleeping too....not slept properly since bfp! Been in bed at like 8.30pm-9pm feeling shattered and falling asleep quickly then waking up at midnight ish then again early hours of the morning and then at 5.30am.....very frustrating. I was so restless last night that DH moved to spare room! Body temperature is all over the place as well.

Promised my friends I'd go to a gym class tonight at 7pm.....might fall asleep half way through it lol!!

MelMc73 · 22/05/2014 10:07

great pic gingy!! love the "grain of rice" description!

good luck for all the scans today as well xx

MelMc73 · 22/05/2014 10:09

Saras apologies - I have just read further back and seen your sad news. My step-mother's brother had a brain tumor. It was successfully operated on and he was in remission for 10 years after that. I hope the treatment goes well Thanks

EnglishGirlsReturned · 22/05/2014 10:26

Had my scan. Not as successful as I'd hoped, but not awful either. There's a sac there but measuring at 4-5 weeks. Which could be possible as I think I implanted late. Have to go back in 3 weeks. That's going to be the longest 3 weeks of my life!!

Glenpip77 · 22/05/2014 10:46

English - sorry it wasn't what you hoped, but at least it's not negative. I don't envy you a 3 week wait , that sounds torturous. Virtual hugs x

lindamagoo · 22/05/2014 10:48

English it's good that they saw the sac and when you go back again you will see your little bean and it's wee heartbeat. Everything will be fine Smile

EnglishGirlsReturned · 22/05/2014 10:54

I'm trying to be positive, it wasn't bad news as such. I jut feel like I've got a long way to go before I can relax. 3 weeks is such a long time!

gingysmummy · 22/05/2014 10:59

English try and not be to down I had the same news at my 1st scan it's a long wait 3 weeks though try and keep relaxed easier said than done x

Saraswati · 22/05/2014 11:01

Sorry to hear your scan wasn't as you hoped english I know that three weeks will really drag for you but just envision the lovely heartbeat you will see at the end of it, I know it's difficult but try not to stress too much. How far along did you think you were?

Thanks mel we're obviously hoping for a good outcome for him. He's got a long road ahead of him, I just wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy, nobody deserves this but he really doesn't!

Worrying today, cramping and back ache, when will they invent that little window in our tummies so we can check on our beans?!

lindamagoo · 22/05/2014 11:04

Yes it will be a long 3 weeks for you but it will be worth it when the time comes. I am gutted for you, I really hoped this morning would put your mind at ease. I've saw a few people mention their dates were put back a week or so at their early scans, doesn't make it easier I know but it must be quite common

Glenpip77 · 22/05/2014 11:06

Grrr - scan appointment now tomorrow due to a cock up on booking systems.....another long 24hrs!

EnglishGirlsReturned · 22/05/2014 11:09

I know. I was estimating at between 5-6 weeks. Back at work as of Saturday so hopefully that'll take my mind off things a bit. Just want to close my eyes and wake up in 3 weeks!

Saraswati · 22/05/2014 11:17

Like linda said it sounds quite common that people have their dates moved back, I guess when you account for different cycle lengths and implantation scans it must happen quite often. I have 32 day cycles so I'm fully expecting to be moved back at my scan. The three weeks will be torture but if you can distract yourself at work that's a good thing. Get plenty of rest and think lots of positive thoughts!

fancyacupoftea · 22/05/2014 11:46

Today I'm celebrating reaching the 7 week milestone... For the second time as I initially met it last Friday. Getting put back is rubbish but in your case at least english it does explain why they only saw a sac. Fingers crossed this 3 weeks goes quickly for you!!

Hi everyone I'm normally just a mn lurker and have been avoiding joining as I'm quite young and a Uni student but I thought it would be nice to join and have a chat with you all because I'm having a bit of a hard time lately. It's my first pregnancy and I've estimated I'm about 7+1 so hello everyone Smile

lindamagoo · 22/05/2014 12:19

Hello and welcome little, hope you are ok Thanks

Loobyloo893 · 22/05/2014 12:27

English sorry the scan wasn't as you hoped. Just try to keep positive, as others said its not uncommon for dates to change. Did they give u a new EDD?
