Kitkat, try not to be scared - spotting does not necessarily indicate something bad (as you've seen with a few of us now), and when I was googling the other day while I was spotting, I found many examples of spotting that were attributed to implantation even up to seven/eight weeks. But do go get checked out for peace of mind. Good luck!
Sitting, since mine are identical, they will either both be boys, or both be girls! I have no vibe either way yet (with DS, I felt from very early on that he was a boy), and would love daughters, but somehow I can picture myself ending up with a house full of boys! I don't mind either way, but we will definitely be finding out the gender as soon as we can.
Sorry to those who are feeling nauseous - I'm right there with you. It feels a lot like my first pregnancy, when I found that it really helped not to let myself get too hungry, because if I did, I felt quite sick and then didn't want to eat anything. Snacking is good, including the old biscuit before getting out of bed thing, and I find ginger does help.
Also meant to weigh in on the conversations about placentas and bras. With my home water birth, I didn't have the injection as wanted to keep things natural. I hung out in the pool for a while and got some skin-to-skin with DS, but things weren't moving, so they suggested I get out of the pool. Sorry, TMI: I actually ended up delivering the placenta on the toilet - the MWs had to get it out!
As for bras, I really highly recommend Bravissimo. It's the only place I've ever gotten properly fitting, supportive bras, and they have a good range of fairly pretty nursing bras in bigger sizes. There are other pretty ones like Hotmilk, but they don't go up high enough in size for me. And warning: at Bravissimo, you will probably come out in a bigger size than you thought you needed, but that's because you've probably been wearing poorly fitting bras without knowing it.
