MS seems to have gone up a notch - had to deep breathe a few times to stop myself hurling, and just reading certain food words has turned my stomach (been baking for my son's bday on Sat).

Sooo tired - just want to sleep but got to finish his cake. At least dh is back tomorrow after 2 weeks away. x

Seb - I am so sorry. I read back and it seems you've had a pretty rough time of it the last couple of weeks with this. Fingers still crossed for the scan, to give you a clear answer at the very least. So sorry.

Lots of people having scans on here, I think you are all quite a bit further on than me. I am only 5+5. I have been very nauseous the last few days. All I can eat is chicken soup. And toast. Not like me at all. Spinning round and round with my toddler is not agreeing with me much either… at least I am (very lucky timing) off work this week & next. Ugh. I keep repeating to myself that nausea is a good sign but ugh.

I have a booking in appointment 19 Feb but I don't expect a scan till March. Boyfriend is being exceptionally lovely and making me lie down a lot, doing all the housework/childcare when he's home.I had forgotten how tiring and miserable this bit of pregnancy is… I'm debating whether to tell my brother this weekend when I see him but I think I'd rather keep quiet for just a few weeks more. I think I told my close friends and brothers at 9 weeks last time.

Oh seb, I'm sorry. Im keeping my fingers crossed that its a scare rather than the real thing though.

Sorry I posted then disappeared for a couple of days! I have felt utterly exhausted and been having very early nights.
Thank you for the lovely welcome, my first name is not kitty it's more a nickname but I think it's cute for a first name! summerdreams you have the same due date as me!

I am so sorry to read some Of the ladies bad news, it's such an emotional roller coaster and you really can't take anything or granted can you. Huge hugs to those who have lost they're pregnancies and lots of hope for the future xx

Been back in hosp with the HG so really not keepin up with everything! Ha a good day today but still figuring out what is going down well and what is not if that makes sense! I've been put on cyclizine so hoping that will help me as well as I have some sickness bands which are permanently on :-)
Get a scan on Monday so excited about that but my aim is to stay our of hosp until then ha ha :-)

I'm not sure my stats were added but I got my bfp on 9th Jan, edd 18th September. This is will be dc number 3 and follows a mc in Oct.

I have an early scan booked in for next Thurs, part of me is so excited, the other part of me is as nervous as hell. I too have the white nipple thing!

Personal question ladies so apologies, but have you all noticed lots more discharge? I know it's normal in early pregnancy but mine has been mucus-y and yellowy green? No smell, itching or whatnot but do you think I should bother my GP?

Lottystar I've been getting lots of cm but it's clearish to pale yellow. I'm not an expert but if it was me I probably would just ask at the gp if the colour was normal. The fact there's no smell etc makes me think it's probably fine bit I'm one of those who like to be told for sure?
Has anyone here not got proper m/s? I get waves of feeling a bit queasy but haven't felt like I'm actually going to vomit. I'm 6 weeks + 3 , I find when I'm eating it gets worse the feeling.

Lottie sounds like a yeast infection. They will swab and give you appropriate treatment (lots of pg women get it)

they aren't doing much just keeping an eye on the bleed which I can do at home too. They have started him on a new med.

i have woken up with a cold sore really did not want dinner last night, just ended up having cocopops, i felt bad after knowing they are just sugar but nothing else seemed nice

Rockin ds is currently eating dry coco pops.
Hes was nil by mouth for over 30 hours. And we couldn't give him his milk feeds through his tube.

Thanks bex. Yup its not easy. Even worse as he wasnt allowed to eat which meant I couldn't either had to sneak to the parents room to quickly eat something. Burnt my tongue eating so fast lol
