Was sick last weekend and fine during the week. Sick again today so I am completely blaming my dh car for making me sick as I'm only in it at the weekend

I am craving a chinese curry so bad with chips and prawn crackers so just sent the DH out in the rain to get me one ;) haven't actually been sick yet but felt it last couple of days and totally gone off so much at the mo :(

Ladies I'm worried. Got a bit of pain on my left side of my tummy, low down, about three fingers' widths up from my bikini line. It's noticeable when sitting or standing and it's been going on for a few hours now. No blood yet but I've a sad feeling maybe it's on it way. In the last 24 hours I've felt very nauseous and was almost sick this morning but avoided it by eating lunch early.

Try not to worry broody I've been having a pain on and off since last night, what's the pain like? Mines periody like, in sure it's just our bodies adjusting and all the growing. I've tried not to think about it, but hopefully it passes. How many weeks are you?

I also have been having period like pain since before finding out I was pregnant, over christmas they were stopping me in my tracks and taking my breath away. Midwife said it's totally normal just things stretching :) I still get them but not as bad most the time so sure it will be fine broody

Broody I've been having this loads too. Mostly period type aches but lots of sharp pains if I move fast, sneeze etc. think it's just round ligament pains.

I'm getting those sneeze pains too l. Its Luke from hip to hip but only last a few seconds.

It's painful, more so than period pain, and it's been constant now for a few hours. I'm 7+1. Very concerned.

Ring the hospital they may ask you to come in. Its better then sitting at home worrying

kt I've just had a Chinese curry and chips and it has magically taken away my nausea (for now anyway) hooray!

rockin I feel fine during the week too then feel sick at the weekends, I reckon work just distracts me and keeps me from thinking about feeling sick.

Had my booking appt today and have my scan booked for 19th Feb, which just happens to be half term week luckily for me :)

bexboo I'm only 6 weeks and 3 days. I'm just being impatient lol. Where do you usually go for a midwife appointment? At doctors? Hospital?

Hello all just popping in as I've been lurking a bit the last few days. It's nice to see familiar faces from the buses.
I'm sazzle, have one ds already took 14 months to conceive this one! FX it stays put. I'm more nervous than the first time round, I think because it took so long. Anyway I feel ok, no symptoms-but I had none the first time round either. Doctors apt on Monday which is early, I must only be 4 weeks and a few days... But I'm going anyway as I had it booked to talk about further fertility investigations!!

Ugh, despite feeling rough myself with morning sickness, I came in 2 hours early for my shift to release a colleague who wasn't feeling well. Now, the night nurse has phoned to say he's running an hour to 90 mins late, so I won't get home until nearly 11pm and I have to be up for the early shift at 5.30am tomorrow. Very unimpressed. I'M SO TIRED!!!! Hate my job sometimes.

topmammy looks like we will be ordering one everytime we feel sick! lol. Thats good news about your scan. I'm hoping mine will fall on one of my days off then I won't feel so bad for having time off as I'm part time. Thankfully I work next door to the Hosp though :)

How are pains now broody?

Iv had bad pains all the time - plus bad back pain. My mw said it was just everything stretching and if it's constant not to worry and if it moves around ( mine goes from left to right)
These have got worse today so I rang my local epu and they didn't seem worried at all! They were just like don't worry and if I started heavy bleeding then call the on call number. Not very helpful. I'm a little blocked up - not been for a few days so I think that's why it's worse today. Anyone got any got tips on how to help? Iv dried supping warm water, figs and lots of grapes (I'm struggling not to barf)
Pregnancy so far ain't really selling itself I must say!!

sitting I've been blocked up all week so got dulcolax from the pharmacy. It has had the opposite effect on me. We were supposed to go out tonight but I'm afraid to leave the house.

Kitkat feel v sorry for you :( working on such little sleep can't be much fun at all. Hope they won't expect this much from you when you're further along.

sitting I've been blocked up myself recently so totally sympathize, I'm back to normal though now.... I think. Only other thing I can suggest is to try and keep up your exercise to keep things moving. Was thinking of getting that dulcolax stuff myself rockin but I just assumed it couldn't be taken in pregnancy?

Okay tmi alert... is anyone else really windy and er...really smelly??
I'm actually glad dh is away or he might divorce me!!

rockin phew! Glad I'm not the only one. And it always seems worse in the evenings. Think I should just go to bed as I'm making myself gag!

Haha rockin and LH you are making me chuckle. Luckily I'm not having the same problem at the moment. The nausea is returning though arrrgghhhh. Going to try and hide from it by sleeping!

Lh and rockin - I wish I was windy. I think my digestive system has gone on holiday!! Ggrrrrr.
