Wow 3rd Thread!! We're moving fast. Just think how many threads we will go through by D-Day.

I managed to get my sorry ass out of bed and do some exercise! Literally the first since getting BFP. Now my body feels like jelly but I feel a little smug and like I've achieved something. Next step to go buy some salad and veg and stop eating bacon and crisps!

Hi! Gosh, can't keep up! Well, the nausea has kicked in. Not actually throwing up but seem to feel permanently sick, including when I wake up during the night!
I'm sure it was easier last time - but maybe that was because I wasn't looking after an active toddler at the same time.
Got my second Dr's appt on Weds so might go for the internal scan then (British but in the US). Think I'll feel better about telling people once we're sure it's all ok. One of my friends guessed the other day - not sure what gave it away but she is a nurse.
Hope you're all doing ok. Roll on 12 weeks I say and the lovely 2nd semester x

snap wibbly I just feel sick all the time, not like I'll actually be sick but just a sicky feeling.....not fun.

Don't feel bad saundry my exercise was DVD based in my living room and its called the "10 minute trainer" so I did er... 10 minutes!! Hardly a massive achievement but feels better than nothing.

And I failed with the salad idea... need...more...carbs - so tucking into a big bowel of pasta! Mmmm comfort food. And Hubby just text to say he's going to get Indian takeaway for us on the way home

motherofcleo I had a full fried up breakfast this morning. It felt good. Have so far managed to avoid the crisps today. Feeling very virtuous

Icing your sil sounds like a complete pita. I'd start leaving random things round, like fake scans of twins, really crazy names etc and let her dig her own pit.

Re: weight gain; I refuse to weigh myself when pregnant. Last time I didn't untill 6week after the birth and it turned out I only had a total of 5lbs to loose to get back to pre pregnancy weight. I have issues with food anyway, before I was pregnant with DS I had anorexia nervosa so I have regular counselling sessions when pregnant and every 3month when not. But I am sure the soap bar can help me keep up calorie intake

Re: surnames; even though I am married now, I wasn't when DS and DD was born so we gave them both our surnames (not double barrelled) mine first then his. So will do the same this time.

Yep DVD didn't happen & my energy levels led me to a 2hr kip on the couch instead. Feels better to know yours is being offset with a takeaway Gin haha.

Good luck with the house hunt Ditty DP & I are going to have to look into that too. I live in a nice cheap house in a god awful not so nice area, defo not somewhere you want to raise children. Recon we have until the baby is 2 to sort it, probably longer really before it can be influenced but 2 is a good target. Packing & moving is the worst though!!

I'm sure someone told me low and constant I'd the best & most cost effective way to go with the heating when it's cold but it's been on all day & Im still freezing so I may have to blast it.
