If you stress with them that you are NOT AT ALL HAPPY with the way you've been treated in the past and have grave worries about repetition, insist that someone helps you.

I can see that they are just a one star Trust , and as such they need to improve - they 'should' be falling over themselves to increase customer satisfaction.
