I've got to wait til tomorrow morning before they will give me a sweep - everyone at work knows my due date is tomorrow so those on nights tonight are texting me lol wish this little one would realise how anticipated she is!!!

I'm starting to get worried about all these quick births - it'll take DH a couple of hours to get home from work if it happens during weekday. I don't want it to be too quick! Was induced last time so never had the build up at home.

Anyway, congrats to all new mummies!!

I am sure this stupid phone will post twice but morning! The PGP that has kept me off work for last eight weeks has eased massively this week yet baby is lower and big apparently. I cannot work it out. How long do I have to stay in bed before I get breakfast in bed do you think?

Congratulations Barmee but wow, what a shock. Hope both of you get home soon.

Brockle I'm due around the same time as you too. I was kind of hoping I wouldn't be going to my MW appt on Monday as she had to double-book me, as my usual MW is on hols. Plus, I need to have a blood test to check my platelets at 39wks, and reel that I might have to fight fr my HB as a result - I was half-assuming it wouldn't be an issue iyswim.

I'm feeling rather lousy today been awake since 3.45am have a pounding headache and feeling nauseous, probably due to the lack of sleep, only managed about 7 hours sleep on the last 48 hours

These babies seem to be coming thick an fast now I wonder how many more arrivals we will have over the weekend! Keeping my fingers crossed that my baby will arrive on this thread, induction booked for Wednesday, so it's all dependant on how chatty we all are

Am more than a little bit being 10 bloody days overdue and with 2 sweeps done. Sweet FA happening here now, just induction looming for Wednesday which I do not want I cant believe im so over, and after all the comments I go early on saying "oh number 5??? that baby will just FALLout!" Seems all the falling out babies have arrived! Feeling right pissed off with myself

A couple of inductions booked for weds then.

No Im always late, hence the fact I know its just what my body does and am planning to turn down Wednesday and ask to be monitored daily for the rest of the week instead. As long as baby has enough fluid and blood passing through,movements and heartbeat are ok I will be "happy" to wait another day or 2 just in the hope it starts naturally. My DD's were 3 dys, 8 days and 15 days overdue so I have a good bad track record!

Looking forward to lots more announcements on this thread!

Wow, I have a day away from MN and a million babies arrive! Congratulations DH and Barmee (and everyone else that I've missed, too many to catch up on!) and hope today is your day Peaky!

38+5 here and no signs of anything happening, think I'll be in for the long haul. Just looking forward to the first night of sleeping without a bump. Plus I'm just coming to the end of a cold, and today woke up with another sore throat, is it possible to have 2 colds at once?!?!
