Hi all,

Gosh all this talk of poo! With DD1, I was given steroid injections to help her lungs and also had medication to stop the contractions that had just started as I was only 32 weeks pg. Then I went to the loo and the MW came in to check on me as I was in there for a while... I told her I needed a poo.

She came all the way in and had a look

and then told me that I didn't need a poo, I needed to push the baby out as she could see the hair!

And I am bloated more as the day goes on. DDs keep telling me I need more exercise and DD1 had me running round the park today chasing the football - she thought it was hilarious (roll on telling them about pg - then they might let me rest).

Hello to Caladria, welcome to the list!

Hi all no idea how to cut and paste the list but I need to shift up a bit-new due date 1st April. Still in hospital with stuff running into me vile yellow vitamin stuff seriously it looks like something out of star trek! I'm still bleeding but babe is looking great. I'm in here for at least another week why they figure out what to do with me I tried sitting in a wheelchair today but it didn't go great so just have to wait and see. Congratulations everyone!

I had my booking in appointment with the midwife on Friday. She seemed very pleasant, everything fairly straightforward though I couldn't pee on demand! Next m/w appointment at 16 weeks (SOOO long to wait!) and she said to wait for the u/s appointment to come though - I can't wait!

DH and I did have a small 'squee' over baby clothes in John Lewis, but without a bump I felt very out of place (also the sleep suits I liked were £17.50 each... madness! if you need 5/10 of each type of outfit I may have to develop less expensive tastes!!) DHs preference is that we don't start buying until after Christmas - I'm not sure I can hold out until then...

Happy Sunday Ladies, I'm off to see if I can keep down a bowl of cereal...!

LikeCandy I remember being in John Lewis with DP when buying our buggy for DS. We played a mental game of adding up the prices of all the things we'd get if money were no object.

We got to over a grand in about 10 minutes!

I remember there was one lovely outfit for a baby girl which was over £100 for a dress and matching jumper!

Hello all! Well, back to work tomorrow and my all-day queasiness has turned in to vomiting - fantastic timing! It's a training day so I'm going to have to sit near the door and hope I can escape quietly if necessary. I did think about suggesting I'd been 'on the sauce' the night before but I decided I wouldn't look like a very professional teacher of small children!

I think most people will guess anyway - I'm wearing travel sickness bands like I did last time. I just want my scan appointment so I can have it done and tell them if everything is ok. I was really looking forward to going back but now I'm worried how I'll cope if I still feel ill. Luckily, each classroom is equipped with a 'sick bucket'!

Still really ill here (had a cry about it yesterday lol). The dcs are completely exhausting and dh is busy working all weekend and can't get out of it. Though he has been coming in every night with lots of foodie treats to tempt me with.

Ds is insisting that I make a pe bag for him for school, really must get that done today! Why, oh why couldn't he just have a Spiderman one from the shops, but no now wants dinosaurs!

Still no symptoms here though boobs did feel a little sore/tender yesterday so clinging on to that.

Off to a family bash today for my parents 40th wedding anniversary so going to be pretend drinking again which always feels like such hard work, it must be so much easier when you can finally tell people.

I'm avoiding looking at John Lewis and baby stuff, partly for fear of jinxing and partly because I would (mentally) spend hundreds given half a chance.

Awwww spider big hugs, I had a fantastic morning with DH in bed and at the crucial moment burst into happy tears, bloody hormones, he's good but not that good lol, I think every emotion is just amplified at the moment. Poor DH after checking thy were good tears was killing himself about how good an orgasm that must have been

Can you take the kids to the park for a run around or rope in a friend to have them for a few hours?? How old are they?? Cinema is good abs you can snooze through a crap film catching up on sleep :)

Well ratbag also some Sunday morning loving here, our first time since conceiving! I've been so worried after last mc when I bled after orgasm that I just didn't want to tempt fate, but passed the date I mc'd last time, have missed 2 periods now and needs took over and we gently did it, so far so good, fingers crossed all ok or I'd never forgive myself!

Also took advantage that it's the first time in weeks I had an hour of not wanting to vomit, this MS better kick it soon, it's just exhausting!!

Not hugely emotional here in a good way, just being queen bitch and I genuinely look at myself afterwards thinking why did I just say that, DP is being very good at biting his tongue

Hi everyone it's great to see how many people are due in april 2013, can I join in? my edd is april 5th so about 9 and a half weeks at the moment. So reassuring to see other people having the same problems this is my first so I really don't know what is normal!
I haven't thrown up but feeling really nauseous the whole time and I've gone off all normal food apart from chicken and I am obsessed with crisps, hope I don't put too much weight on...

Oh girls, I'm jealous! Dh is in bed with a stinking hangova this morning! Typical tht dd's didn't even wake up until 9 this morning too Sil and dp came over for a takeaway and drink last night, they know so all so lots of excitable baby talk! enjay0811 I just went back to work this week after summer holidays (I teach in a primary school) I was also very nervous about nosy people guessing before I want them to know so I bought a couple of tops just one size up from normal so they're a bit loose and baggy and then I'll also have something to wear when I try to lose weight after birth, Marks and Spencer have a few good tops just look for tops that aren't fitted and I'm sure no one will guess

So jealous of you ladies who are getting it on with impunity! We've been much too scared to even try anything since I started spotting, and even when I get aroused, things feel a bit weird down below, so I've been trying my best to ignore the fact that I want it.

Catch - I'm exactly the same as you. I know it's just a coincidence, but my last two M/Cs started the morning after we did the deed, and I cannot shake that thought from my head! I just completely tense up.

Scan in the morning, and I'm absolutely wetting myself, every time I think about it my stomach lurches (even more so than what it's been doing every day anyway). Just need to know either way!!!

DH and are also abstaining which is no fun but just too scared, which is silly cos last time we held off and I still mc'ed.

Wishing you lots of luck for your scan tomorrow If, I'm sure you will be fine but can imagine how nerve wracking it must be. I have my next scan on 13th September and I can just about put it too the back of my mind but I know the closer it gets the more nervous I'll be. So good to be able share with you lovely ladies. Roll on 12 weeks!

Afternoon ladies hope you are all doing well and enjoying a relaxing Sunday where possible.

DH and I had a blazing row in the middle of the night last night which led to me leaving the bedroom and going to sleep in my sons bed for the night but instead of sleeping I just lay there in a big uncontrolable sobbing mess

It was just horrible, I lay awake all night and finally fell to sleep at about 6am, woke up 2 hours later and have had to be all happy and bright for the DCs and then my Mum and Dad came round and so I had to be all sociable and pretend everything was ok with DH etc etc etc and also hide the fact I'm pg as they still don't know.

Gah!! It has just been a shit and exhausting 24hrs but I am now sat down with my feet up and DH is making dinner (chicken pie, carrot mash, broccoli and gravy) and I plan to do sod all for the rest of the day.
