Hi All! Just back at work after my scan! Now 13+1 and both twins are looking really well. Both are 71mm (no wonder i'm so big!) and very wriggly. It was a real struggle getting the measurements for twin 2 but she did get them eventually and they're identical at 2.6mm. I think this is ok but just have to wait for blood results now.

She couldn't/ wouldn't tell us the gender but i think its pretty obvious. Would anyone mind having a look at my profile when i get a picture on to give an opinion!? The picture is Twin A as i can't see a nub at all with Twin B picture! Will post again when pic is on :)

As for the cameleon i'd be more than happy to sell to a mumsnetter. Let me get it all cleaned up and i'll have a look how much they go for on ebay and take some off as no ebay fees and will let you know!

lulabel... im guessing a girl... if the bit i think is the nub it looks horisontal to me so theres my guess. im thinking a girl for mine too.

Hello again. I've been having an odd few days. I haven't been sick at all until yesterday at 10 weeks I threw up, then again this morning. Earlier today I suddenly had a gush of new blood when I went to the loo. No more since, no cramps and now feeling sick again.

It seems weird that pregnancy symptoms are increasing at this stage while at the same time having more worrying symptoms. Hopefully it's just one of those "no 2 pregnancies are the same" things.

Oh wow! What a beautiful, beautiful picture!!! I kinds didnt really know what I was looking at though! (was a bit like that when we had our scan lol) Theres a big thing where the willy might be???? But have no idea what it should look like :)
Ha,ha....promise us if it is a boy that on his 18th birthday you announce to all his friends that 18+ years ago a load of women were trying to guess if he had a willy or not hehehe x

Ha well i'm thorughly confused now after googling all afternoon! I did think it was a boy because i thought the sticky up thing was a willy but when i look again i actually think the "nub" is the bit right at the base of the spine that pokes out and slightly down (and might be forked?). So I guess i'll have to wait 4 weeks til the next scan to find out!

... it may be a bit tmi, but it wasn't from your ahem bum was it? With a gush unlikely to be, but I have shit myself (pardon the pun) on seeing blood on the toilet paper or in the loo, and it's been because of my horrendous pile/constipation

Lots of good news from people today and I'm loving the nub speculation!
Sadly last night my DP decided that he'd rather not be my DP anymore, quoting "not sure if I want to be with you/we need to spend some time apart" etc etc. I'm pretty devastated and upset - not only because doing this alone will be daunting, but because DC may not have a proper father.
Maybe he'll change his mind. But a horrible feeling says he won't. :(

octane I am so sorry to hear that - how are you doing? Hopefully he will come around and he is just a bit overwhelmed by it all. Even if you are not together your DC can still have a good relationship with their father (many people do).

He did freak out when he found out, as it was an accident and we hadn't made any long term plans about anything, much less children, but that was two months ago. Has been fine ever since (or so I thought), very attentive, looking after me etc. I didn't see this coming.
