Izzy in pregnancy your ducts develop in your breasts and these feel like lumps so it could just be that. There should be a few 'lumpy' bits in both breasts. If you have just one lump then you might want to get it checked out.

DesperateHousewife21 · 14/04/2012 07:44

Opps x post! Thanks stuntnun!

Stuntnun · 14/04/2012 07:45

DH21 I miss tea WAIL.

Just a reminder the new thread is here: www.mumsnet.com/Talk/antenatal_clubs/1449640-November-2012-bring-on-the-second-trimester

Chunkychicken · 14/04/2012 08:17

Thanks stuntnun :)

Also finding food cravings/aversions changing by the hour day. So have a cupboard full of beef monster munching & have a tube of burger pringles I can't face now. And 4 different soft drink bottles on the go Shock. Tried the ginger thing, now off ginger, despite it heli

Chunkychicken · 14/04/2012 08:19

That should say 'helping'... finger slipped on phone!!

Really miss tea & coffee - want hot drinks but don't want those iyswim. Mostly on hot choc now, so will be the size of a house soon, as its def not low cal.

WaitingForMe · 14/04/2012 08:27

Still in agony this morning. We're waiting for the community midwife team to answer their phones.

Even if it's nothing serious I need advice on pain relief as normally I'd be reaching for ibuprofen.

DesperateHousewife21 · 14/04/2012 08:35

My mw said its fine to take paracetamol. Hope you get some answers soon.

I've gone off hot drinks, in fact my drinks have to be really cold, either from the fridge or loads of ice cubes in.

NervousAt20 · 14/04/2012 09:37

Morning ladies Grin hope everyone has a ms free day today and have the sunshine that seems to be here for how knows long is anyone's guess

I can't seem to drink fizzy, wasn't a big drinker before but would love a cold fanta or dr pepper! I still want them but every time I drank I seemed to get strong cramps! Don't no if it was coincidence but since I've stopped drinking them they have stopped so bye bye fizzy :(

Thechick · 14/04/2012 09:54

Thanks for the festival advice ladies, still not sure.

Feeling good today, I'm sorry to say this with all the ms sufferers amungst us but food is really tasting good. I had the best cod and salad lunch yesterday and a lovely brown bread and boiled eggs breakfast. Mmmmm. I'm going to see if there are any pregnancy books at my local library today. Hope you all are having a good morning, waiting hope the pain goes away soon.

WaitingForMe · 14/04/2012 10:07

Thanks for the support. I spoke to a midwife who said baby would undoubtedly be fine but that she was a bit worried about me and to call out of hours GP.

Just had a long chat with the doctor who talked me through a load of physio exercises. I may or may not have hurt myself more than a non-pregnant person regarding hormones softening ligaments (I think that's what they were talking about) but treatment is the same regardless. Keep warm, keep active, paracetamol and take it easy for the next few days.

Nothing proves my love for this child more than there being codeine in the house and me going to heat up my wheat pack again!

Stuntnun · 14/04/2012 12:04

chick you enjoy it for the rest of us.

waiting feel better soon hun.

eversomuch · 15/04/2012 10:07

waiting Hope you feel better soon.

stuntnun I switched to decaf tea. Clipper has a nice one. Thanks for setting up the new thread, btw.

Hope everyone has a nice Sunday. Sunny here!

NervousAt20 · 15/04/2012 10:57

Think everyone is posting on the new thread :)

Stuntnun · 15/04/2012 11:17

No I think we should try and finish this one! Come on, ten more posts to go...

Thechick · 15/04/2012 11:22

I'll help!!

Bimbledorf · 15/04/2012 11:32

I'll add a few more words.

Chunkychicken · 15/04/2012 11:45

Can't face even decaf at the mo but hope its like DD & feel like it again in a couple of weeks.

Off to catch up with thread 4 now, but will try to help finish this one too :)

NervousAt20 · 15/04/2012 11:49

Me too...

So anyone have ms today?

Thechick · 15/04/2012 13:08

Is it still ms if you have food aversions? I have that. Food doesn't seem to be sitting well with me. I'm getting a little tiny bit of heartburn and potatoes and chips seem to take ages to digest. Coffee I cannot stand the smell of and dp is a huge coffee drinker.

Stuntnun · 15/04/2012 13:15

ChunkyChicken so you think there's hope for us yet? I can't go another six months without tea.

ValiumQueen · 15/04/2012 13:28

I normally hate tea, but craving it now.

ValiumQueen · 15/04/2012 13:28

will this thread ever end?

ValiumQueen · 15/04/2012 13:29

nearly there!

ValiumQueen · 15/04/2012 13:29
