Stuntnun and DH21:) - I also have a scan booked for 11 May (14+2 for me). I'm not having the NT test done so it's ok timing.

I am also going to pay for yet another scan at 12 weeks (4 days before I am scheduled to tell my Dad, so want to check all is still OK).

tiago what time is your scan? I bet it's earlier than mine!

I'll be 14+1 My scan was scheduled for 27 April but DH is away on business that day and the nearest available appointment was on 11 May. I had wanted to have the NT test but I guess it would just have been one more thing to worry about.

Today I've felt very fat :( I'm also so tired after doing 10hours straight flat out then deciding to ride one of my horses. I can't make dog training I'm just praying I'll not puke while watching the sinking of the cruise ship happy viewing. I dont know how not to panic when I am sick. I have such a deep rooted fear it's horrid. I do not do hormones!!

I cry when I am sick horsey can't help it, the tears just flow down my face! Always have done :(

Also, the retching often makes me, um, leak a little!

I tried to find something at DP with those codes the other night, but couldn't find anything I liked! Plus I have no bump. Just my regular fat. Which I suck in when able to! I did see one jumper, but its not the weather for jumpers yet hah!

At least i'm starting to want food up until now i've been eating but only to keep the nausea at bay not really wanting anything and i love my food i've found it very confusing.

talking of scans mine is Monday 23rd April at 9am so not long now but i'm having the bloods as well for NT I've been told i wont get them for another 10 days.....

My scans a week today!!! Detective I cry and can't breath. Whoever mentioned jubblys though brilliant!! I'm just sucking on one and it's helping!!

I didn't like anything on DP either but thank you for the codes brockle - I've got work trousers etc from first time around & really want to find some smart-ish skirts & some casual cropped trousers for the warmer weather, but nothing doing! Being such a short arse person, I'm better off trying clothes on too.

Feeling huge & fat, have put on nearly 2kg in the last 2 or 3 weeks & my stomach just sticks out miles from the bloating. I have a tendency towards bloating anyway, and my sis, who has 3 DC, agreed that after the first, your stomach muscles are shit shot & there's nothing to hold it all in anymore!!!

Great! I quite like my core muscles lol!! I haven't physically put weight on yet it's just how I feel! Tummy feels big but it's usually flatish! Oh well. Will be worth it long term xx

Have my reassurance scan tomorrow at 10am so fingers all crossed!! Im one of them people who believes what will be will be but now even I'm starting to wonder if Friday 13th is the best of ideas! Roll on when it's done tomorrow!

My scan is at 12 noon if I recall correctly (which I think I do as I had a baby brain moment and checked whether she did mean noon).

Tiago and N@20 - good luck ladies! Just had a midwife ring me - so will be booking in on Wednesday after the scan. Woo hoo - scarily real now (although am still a little in mourning for my life of fags, wine and going out whenever the hell I want is that awful?)

4 weeks today til my scan psshh, feels like ages. Dh said it'll come round quick but I'll literally be counting the mins.
It's my birthday a week tomorrow so that'll take my mind off it at least.

Was actually sick for the first time this PG yesterday. Whilst unpleasant, at least DH's sympathy has increased a little now he knows I'm not just 'putting it on'. I know I am suffering a lot less than a lot of you (but he doesn't!)

After another horrendous day of ms yesterday, popping the button off my trousers in the middle of a important meeting and ending the day in tears to my mum todays looking good so far :)

My lovely DS (aged 5) told me to have a lay-in and came downstairs and popped himself a movie on bless him. Woke up an hr later not feeling sick (the first time in weeks), managed to eat breakfast and best of all i've got my booking in appointment later yay!

Wishing loads of good thoughts to everyone else today, especially those with scans and appointments.

I think my ms might be coming back, but in a small way. Not cool, but not like it was before.

Good luck with scans - so jealous, don't have a date yet for mine & could have to wait another 5wks or more!!! :( But hope everything goes swimmingly today :)

Headache has finally gone & feeling sick, but manageable so far.

Told MW how anxious I was about everything going ok this time around, & asked if it was normal. She said probably, you have more to think about, including worrying about my DD etc. She tried to reassure, & say the lack of bleeding & the regular occurrence of symptoms is a good sign, but I guess its not always enough is it??

I guess I'll just have to wait for the scan & keep looking on the positive side - most women have problem free pregnancies so the odds are with us!!! Today I am pregnant and I will (try) to enjoy it (ms included??!! ) :-)

Hi all, good luck nervous and also anyone else with scans today that I have missed.

dh21 I remember having these pains with dd. I haven't had them this time round though and was just worrying this morning as I haven't had them. It appears that we worry if we do have pains and symptoms and worry if we don't! The main theme is constant worrying

So...today we are pregnant and we will enjoy it (with a bit of worrying thrown into the mix!)

I get little twinges now and again. I'm really (tmi) windy a lot of the time. Not good.
