Just had to tell loads of workmates that I'm not pregnant even though I am?! I know there's no jinx to them knowing but if there is a problem at the scan I don't want to have to un tell?! I feel really bad :( but only four people know and I trust all of them!! There is another pregnancy so they seem to have gone witht that!! 2 weeks today I'll be having my scan then I might tell them!!

DP keeps saying he want to tell his parents soon but I said under no circumstances is he to tell anyone before the scan. Certainly not before I?ve told my parents. I so badly want to book a private scan for next weekend. Probably wouldn?t be able to fit me in on a Saturday at such short notice but I keep thinking about it all the time. Hurry up May!!

Someone is who has told a couple of gossipers thankfully I've found out who is and used it!! Theyve told a lot so it seems but was so hard lying :( ESP when I'm so happy!! Hope everyone with bleeding ok xx

Some people are just awful aren?t they? What makes them think they have the right to go round telling people your news?

I?m going to visit my cousin on Saturday and I know one of the questions that will be asked is ?so are you pregnant yet??
Whenever we have a family get together they like to guess who will be the next to get married or have a baby and my name has been cropping up for several years now as I have been with DP for 9! I would love to reply ?yes actually I am? but can?t for a few more weeks. I know it?s going to be tough not to break out with a great big beaming smile

Work colleagues can be awkward. When I was pregnant with DS worked in a very pressurised, competitive job and was determined not to tell anyone til at least 12 weeks, got signed off at 6 weeks for 4 weeks cos was spotting badly, went back and found out one of my colleagues had been spreading a rumour it was cos I'd had a nervous breakdown! That sort of behaviour was one of the reasons I changed career!!

Not telling people is soooo hard. I have cracked and told one friend who doesn't know anyone else I know, but sure my mum and mil are suspicious, the amount of times they have caught me retching at random smells/foods!

Fingers crossed for all those with bleeding/scans.

My symptons are eaing off quite a lot anyone around 10 weeks is feeling the same. i am so paranoid i'm going to have another MMC i just can't relax. Saw the heartbeat at about 8 weeks but that scan seems sooooooo long ago.

HAve a whole weekend of celebrations with not telling anyone this will be hard as i love my drink and i real party --animal lover have already planned to say i have been suffering with a really bad virus and been having loads of tests to see what it is do you think thats going to far? not sure what else to do??

My symptoms have eased off loads (7+4) and it's blissful to feel mild nausea and occasional headaches. Never thought I'd catch myself saying that.

I'm amazed at all those keeping it a secret. I really don't think I could. Talking to my two girlfriends with kids and my mum has helped keep me saneish.

I'm off to Amsterdam tomorrow and I'm excited. On Tuesday I was so ill that DH said unless I improved we weren't going and to be honest it was a relief he said that. My fingers are tightly crossed that the worst of it is in the past.

Horsey, - where I work you have to tell as soon as you know, because I handle chemo and that effects the babies growth.

Cold is going but I have started feeling more sick. Eating helps, which concerns me, as I may end up putting on SO much weight...

We have told a few people about baby no 2. PIL #1 & 2 plus my parents, plus my sis & 3 sets of friends. Not making it public knowledge but know that I could rely on them for support if the worst happens & couldn't hide the gagging/looking like shite from them anyway.

Ew I work in Oncology my manager knows but I know he wouldn't say anything!! Great news on your scan!!! I don't actually mind people knowing to be honest. I do mind some people knowing if the news is bad? Does that make sense?

I'm alright, getting over the fact i've lost my job, i hated it anyway. Not sure where that leaves me but DP said not to worry is the most important thing so for now i'm just doing that.

DH - I haven't had a scan yet either. I wanted to pay for a private one but DP says to just be patient and wait.

I have my booking appointment next friday and will ask the midwife if she has some idea how long I will have to wait. If it's too long I will just pay for a scan and tell DP when it's booked
