oh goose nobody will blame you for feeling knackered! I nearly lost it this evening when I got a text at 5, which is always always DH saying 'I'm off to the pub with work mates, see you at 10, leave me some dinner', so I was ranting and raving, then picked up the phone to find it was from the NHS reminding me I have my flu jab tomorrow
:o
DS is 2y 1 month and nowhere near potty training. He thinks the potty is an attractive hat, and tonight peed all over his toy garage. Adds a little verisimilitude to a garage if the lift shaft smells of pee, I suppose. But doesn't add anything to a hormonal mum... He has started going 'hmm, I think so mummy' whenever I ask him a question (such as do you want some dinner, is it time for bed, etc). Very random, but cute :o
I haven't kept much down today. Tried some lucozade earlier but brought it up, and a yoghurt, that came up too. sigh. Not looking forward to work tomorrow at all, but needs must. may take a duvet and spend the day sleeping in the car :o
just out of interest, those with older kids, when do they start staying still when they are ill? There must be a point at which they twig that lying still on the sofa is better for them than haring around the house coughing, but when is it?!
Oh, and if we are all still talking to each other in a year or 18 months time, and if I even mention broodyness, please virtually smack me and remind me how nasty morning sickness is. I do not want to do this again for a very very long time, if at all.
