Excellent KAYZ! You and your wee sticks eh Wink
I feeling a bit Shock as (tmi warning) have had a large blob of jelly on the tissue after going to loo. No blood in it, but thinking it may be my cervix starting to soften up (as opposed to a show?) Confused. Let's hope I'm still here in the morning as only 36 weeks!

Kayzr · 10/10/2011 06:56

Diege are you in labour??? I had the exact same thing with DS2 and went into labour an hour later!!

GingerbreadLatte · 10/10/2011 09:32

Anyone else nervous re silence from Diege?? :o

Diege · 10/10/2011 09:37

I'm here!!! Grin Nothing doing, thankfully, although I can't really think of any other explanattion for the jelly glob (about the size of a 50p) other than maybe one of those plugs that starts to break down and goes on for a few weeks before labour starts? Confused. Thinking back, I've had 2 shows with the dcs, both a few hrs after contractions had started, so this certainly wasn't in the same class. Was very worried last night, but then I am 36 plus weeks so I suppose I should expect some sort of sign in the lead up. Having one of those 'what have I done...how will I cope moments' Blush Grin

GingerbreadLatte · 10/10/2011 10:11

Ah phew- glad you are ok Diege. Im sure your body is preparing its self. You will be fine when baby comes, you are a total natural!

Kayz- Im still so excited for you! As Smithy said, its becuse you were so so excited about the idea of TTC. Its great!!

trying to get back to work today but still feeling Envy - its boring now!

tinkbig · 10/10/2011 11:01

hi diege - glad u r ok Grin
getting ready Grin

went to tesco this morning Grin for food

Diege · 10/10/2011 11:14

Thanks GING, TINK! Totally not a natural GING (always feel a bit of a fraud at the whole parenting thing if I'm honest) but lovely for you to say so. Has cheered me up Blush

GingerbreadLatte · 10/10/2011 11:57

You are not a fraud!!

but its all about perception ! Understanding that more and more recently- particularly aout work life balance!

Kayzr · 10/10/2011 12:35

We've just had to rush DS2 to the doctor as he was really hot. Temp of over 38 and he's got really bad ear infections on both ears.

Diege · 10/10/2011 13:05

Thanks GING! I certainly agree - one person's idea of what it takes to be a 'good' parent is certainly not anothers. I think I'm just aware that I'm shouting more than usual at the dcs (ie, dd3 lost her school shoes this morning and I totally lost it Blush) and really need to curb that!
KAYZ, poor ds2 Sad At least you've identified the cause though and hopefully the meds will kick in quickly. How are you feeling? No more stick-weeing I hope??!!!

Kayzr · 10/10/2011 13:09

Im ok. Tired, got those stretchy crampy feelings around my stomach and having waves of nausea. I've never had morning sickness so no idea when it starts.

No poas but I do have a digital for later in the weekend.

tinkbig · 10/10/2011 16:22

kay poor ds

Kayzr · 10/10/2011 19:36

Later in the weekend??? I must already have baby brain!! I'm ridiculously hot, not sure if it's pregnancy related but DP and the boys aren't.

DS2 seems better already. Still not himself but not crying as much.

Kayzr · 10/10/2011 20:19

I've just had some spotting when I wiped. Sad AF was meant to come tomorrow and now I think the tests were wrong Sad

tinkbig · 10/10/2011 20:56

could it be implantatition

Kayzr · 10/10/2011 21:46

I really hope so Tink

Diege · 10/10/2011 22:15

Timing would be spot on for implantation KAYZ; just see how it goes on but please try and relax xxx

Kayzr · 10/10/2011 22:22

It's so bloody annoying. I'm only 3+4 if I am pregnant as I only have 24 day cycles.

GingerbreadLatte · 11/10/2011 08:20

Morning

How are things this morning Kayz?

Kayzr · 11/10/2011 08:25

Ok I think. No more spotting and digital test says pregnant and I conceived 1-2 weeks ago. So hopefully all is well.

GingerbreadLatte · 11/10/2011 08:28

Phew. thats good Kayz. Try and stay sane- although I know its so hard.
:)

Diege · 11/10/2011 08:50

Good news KAYZ! Smile Hi GING! So, err, do you think you might be close to buying a digi test?? Grin
All ok here - rubbish night's sleeps and a very achey bump, but just pleased really that no more jelly and hope I can at least get to Friday! Have moved nails and eyebrows forward to tomorrow anyway, so at least I'll look semi-groomed if things start early!

Diege · 11/10/2011 08:51

I should add that Friday will be fulll-term (37 weeks).

GingerbreadLatte · 11/10/2011 09:16

ooh lovely to get nails etc done. :)

just getting prepared re test! (very unhopeful for this month though)

Diege · 11/10/2011 09:21

That's exciting GING! Do you have a day in mind to test?
Re: the far less exciting nails, I'm trying shallac nails system so will hopefully have a French polish that actually lasts longer than an hr after I leave the salon! Pedicure to follow next week if I'm still here!
