Oddeyes same here in the dodgy poo situation!!! Been like this since 4 weeks & am 7+2 now. As I am eating like a pig to try & stop feeling sick all the time & gaining weight like a loon maybe it's a good thing?!?

puzzletree · 30/06/2011 09:52

Morning all! Loving the busy bus, it's a good distraction to read through all the posts.

Oddeyes I only get constipated later in pregnancy when they put me on iron tablets :( loose is better to be honest!
shipsladyg are you seeing the midwife any time soon? your anxiety is understandable but you're probably right about the irritated cervix. every little thing is just so worrying isn't it. my dp is just as pragmatic about stuff too, what will be will be, don't worry etc. they're that more detached as well though as it isn't their body.

I'm having a boring, potentially messy, day in by the looks of it. my ds2 has decided he wants to wear pants today but since he hasn't yet successfully weed on the toilet or potty we can't really go out anywhere. i'm not optimistic so towels and a stack of pants are at the ready, wish us all luck!

Maltesers88 · 30/06/2011 10:15

Ah - just found the new thread and am jumping on board!

Dammit oddeyes I thought I had that cracker!

lola - luckily we're on Eurostar already. I know it will be fine but just really freaking out about being away from home. Have made a list of food to take with us to make me feel better!

Feeling very fragile emotionally and physically today - my last 2 meals have been cereal and the upstairs neighbours started banging around at 6am :(

6+4

Why hello! Well i have my scan today, i do hope it goes well, the thing is the cramps have bloody disappeared altogether. However last night i was in agony and my tuppy hurt :( tmi sorry but thats what it was!

All i can manage food wise is fruit, salad and vegetables however i am managing to force one meal a day down me at tea time.

currybaby · 30/06/2011 11:23

good luck innocent Smile

clarinsgirl · 30/06/2011 11:28

Saw the doctor on Monday who has referred me to MW so should hear in a week or so about booking in. Think I'm 8+3. My DS is 6 and I only got a 20 wk scan last time so was pleased find out that I will get a 12wk scan even out here in the sticks.

What a lovely new bus, no chewing gum on the seats in this one, smashing.

7 + 3 (I think)

BillComptonstrousers · 30/06/2011 12:55

I love this website for checking exactly how many days/weeks I am

I've actually managed a cup a soup and some crisps today hoorah! My tummy actually feels full for a change Grin

I was just reading a wedding article on the internet as well, and bugger me one of my wedding photos has been used, gives you a bit of a shock when you see yourself in an article you knew nothing about!

Let us know how your scan went red

mistressploppy · 30/06/2011 13:23

That site is very cool, Bill!

Congratulations on the cup a soup - you must be very proud Grin

louby86 · 30/06/2011 13:27

Oooo a lovely new bus! Can I sit near the door incase I need to make a sick stop Grin !!! Got to go back to the GP next week to see how I'm getting on with what he's given me for the sickness but on a countdown now to my first midwife appointment - can't wait to get my scan booked in!

Hope you're all ok and not feeling too rough!!!

6+6

rnbsmum · 30/06/2011 13:28

Hello all, just taking my seat on the new bus. I'll be the one looking as though I'm listening to my ipod and reading my book whilst quietly listening in to all the conversations Grin!!

Bill - what a fab web-site. Reality check to think about it in days rather than months and weeks!! Everything crossed for all those upcoming scans x

Maltesers88 · 30/06/2011 13:36

wow bill great website!
Am forcing some pasta down me right now - seems to be one of the only things I can face at the moment in my diet of yellow food!

Crazybit · 30/06/2011 14:18

Hi all

Oldeyes-Yup me too, thought the iron in the pregnancy supplements would be keeping me a bit more firm but it doesnt seem that way.

Is anyone else from the Bristol way? I moved from East Yorkshire last week, and even though I speak to people easily, I am feeling a bit lonely.

Has everyone told people? I have told one friend and OH only, I called my mum earlier, was going to tell her and tell her about OHs issues but she was at work. May give her a ring in a bit.

I don't have sickness as such but nausea and don't fancy eating anything, especially at tea time. My main symptom is breathlessness, it's driving me mad, ~I hate it.

Can't remember if I said on the other bus, but MW has booked me in for booking appointment next Tuesday as my dates are a bit questionable. Going by last months one and only 'deed', my due date is 20th Feb (Yup the Bank Hol Wink) However, I was nowhere near ovulation times so am wondering if my last af was actually an implantation bleed, in which case my edd would be 28th Jan, whichever, I'll probably stick around on here but could be 6+3 or 9+5.

Crazybit · 30/06/2011 14:19

Well, you look splendid from behind bill! Grin

Crazybit · 30/06/2011 15:29

Wow, what a beautiful dress, you look fab from the back!

Millie26 · 30/06/2011 15:38

Great dress Bill! Love the back criss crossy bit. *sigh I only got married 9 weeks ago and it seems like forever, I want to do it all again!

Going to Take That tonight. Not sure how I'll be able to cope, feeling sick and knackered and having to support my Mother as she hyperventilates through Pray...

InnocentRedhead · 30/06/2011 15:43

Back from my scan... There is a strong little heartbeat, i am measuring the right dates (give or take a couple of days) and everything is in the right place. Such a relief, not much to get a picture of but i had to :o money well spent in my opinion :) feel so much better, still hasn't got rid of the nausea. Found a great way of getting through it though. Because i have only being sick once, i know the likely hood that i am going to be again is slim, so i just eat through the nausea, and it helps to an extent :)

Feel so much better :o

QueenFee · 30/06/2011 15:49

Bill what a beautiful pic :)

Innocent yay for that little beating heart!

Millie26 · 30/06/2011 15:50
