Anybody else out there?????
Very surprised, had only SWI once and I thought we had missed the window of opportunity. It seems not, BFP yesterday, royal wedding treat. EDD about 2nd Jan I think.

#2 for me, keeping fingers tightly crossed as had a bumpy ride before conceiving DS. Very excited and slightly terrified. :)

proper sickness has started for me now-seems to be evenings. Had to hold it together on way home from work then rush in and let it all go when i got home. bluergh.

I am a bit concerned, at about 3pm today I started getting sharp stabbing pains way down low, feels like it's in one of my tubes as it were. They are sharp stabbing and come and go quickly had it on both sides. Nothing else to report, everything ok down below, no blood, no discharge, everything else regular. They are not cramp type pains like earlier on in pregnany. Have booking appointment on thur, I'm hoping it will pass, if not I will mention it. Anyone else had similar I am now 7/8 weeks?

Mummaroo · 31/05/2011 19:17

Tummytickler I hope your bleeding settles soon and it's a very good sign that you are still getting lots of other symptoms!

Sho that's a brilliant dream, a house made of cheese, mmmmmm Wink

Had scan, mixed results really, there's a sac, with a hint of something in it but it's far too early, I thought I was 6+1 but it looks like I might only be as little as 4 Shock in which case I'd have to leave this thread as I'd be due in February!! They aren't ruling out ectopic as everything's still so small, and they found a 19mm cyst on my right ovary as well, which could be what's causing the intense pains. Had an HCG blood test and have to go back on Thursday for another one to check they've done what they need to do and then I'll be booked in for another scan... not really good news or bad news, still in limbo but can't believe how out my cycle is, to be that early when it's been 6 weeks since last period, but FX everything will be ok, absolutely knackered now though!!

Hope everyone is well, take care x

Mum2be79 · 31/05/2011 20:54

Checking in!

Sorry to pixie
Congratulations to Katy
Fingers crossed for Mummaroo

My pregnancy symptoms are subsiding - except or when the bra comes off. It is worrying me though as thoughts of a failed pregnancy are sweeping my mind. Having said that, I am feeling quite moody the last few days.

I have my booking in appointment next Tuesday at 2:30pm. I'll be 9 weeks + 4 days. I'm sure I'll have a good talk to the midwife about my worries. I know they're normal but you just can't help yourself!!

blueeyedmonster · 31/05/2011 21:09

Hope the bleeding subsides tickler

Fingers crossed for the next scan Mummaroo

I have my booking in next week, got to fill in the form still.
We are having my kitchen done this week. It's been completely gutted so far! Hoping it will be done quicker than the 6 days they said, i need my kitchen......I feel a little lost without it!

Yeah, I've had really weird dreams last night too. I can't remember what they were about exactly but I do remember waking up at about 4am to go Hmm stay awake for about half an hour then back to sleep Smile.

Mummaroo I had those kind of pains when I was pregnant with DS so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you that you're ok too.

greenlady78 · 01/06/2011 10:32

Hi everyone, after a lovely weekend ended up in A&E with abdominal pain and brown discharge....was so scared, but so far so good. Pain is gone and discharge is almost all gone...had a scan and will go back in two weeks to see if everything is alright...so the next two weeks will be the longest in a long time :(

So sorry to hear about Pixie, sending lots of positive energy her way.

Hoping everyone gets the good news they are waiting for from now on, and that we can all have a pretty special January :)

xxxx

DizzyKipper · 01/06/2011 11:24

It's looking like I'll have to remove myself from this list. Been having severe pain and heavy bloodflow, been to a&e who think I've had an early miscarriage. Going back Friday to confirm with a repeated blood test, but not much hope.

Bellakins · 01/06/2011 13:29

So sorry to hear that DizzyKipper, thinking of you.

shonnomanom · 01/06/2011 13:52

dizzy so sorry to hear that, fx crossed and thinking of you
greenlady hope everything works out for you x

Hope everyone with worries and aches and pains are ok fx

Is it time for bed yet...? zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

DizzyKipper · 01/06/2011 14:02

Thankyou, but I've just passed some tissue. Seems to be game over for me now and I'll be leaving the thread. All the best to the rest of you ladies, I hope you have happy and healthy pregnancies and no cause of concern throughout. All the best x

tummytickler · 01/06/2011 14:43

dizzy - so sorry to hear your news. Best of luck for the future.

greenlady - what an awful weekend! Hope the discharge clears up soon.

I am still bleeding, but it seems to be easing off now. Scan tomorrow. I stupidly did another test, knowing that the result makes no difference to the outcome, but it was a super strong positive, so hopefully that is a good sign.

Hope you are all having a good day.
I have plonked the children in front of 'How to Train Your Dragon' then maybe off to the park. I hate feeling so rotten at half term, I really wanted to do loads of stuff withthe dc, but I am not up to it, scared I will start to gush blood.

Nanny01 · 01/06/2011 15:14

I am so sorry DizzyKipper , tummytickler and greenlady I really hope you get the information from the scans soon. Sending you lots of hugs.

ghosteditor · 01/06/2011 15:16

I'm so sorry dizzy that must be awful. Look after yourself and good luck for the future.

Good luck to the other ladies who have concerns - keeping fx for you.

Browncoats · 01/06/2011 15:59

Oh Dizzy I'm so sorry to hear that Sad I'll be thinking of you and sending you big

greenlady I'm keeping you in my thoughts too and good FX for your scan in 2 weeks

tummytickler glad to hear the bleeding's easing off for you. Keep the kids in front of the TV, it's not going to kill them and they'll probably enjoy it just as much, if not more, than going out and about Smile

knittiekitty · 01/06/2011 16:14

I've missed so much in the past couple of weeks - I've just been catching up and I'm so sad for the ladies who've mc'd. I know it's so late of me but I'm thinking of you and sending best wishes for the future.

I've got my booking in appt tomorrow and gave up trying to drive into work this morning cos my nausea was so bad. I'm still disturbed every night and just slept for 2 hours this afternoon on the settee as thankfully dd at nursery.

I've just about given up keeping it secret at work, as aside from suddenly looking podgy, (last week I pinged from 32d to 34d bra) I keep getting caught retching in the loo. There's about 6 different ladies 'keeping' my secret so I suspect it isn't a secret any longer! I read that pg related sickness doesn't count on my sick record so I think I'll try and take it a bit easier for the next couple of weeks if this sickness doesn't lift. I can't find a fix (although apples help a bit) and it comes in random waves throughout the day and evening - not great when I'm commuting up the motorway.

Big hugs to everyone who is worrying x

blueeyedmonster · 01/06/2011 19:52

I'm so sorry dizzy and i'm thinking of you

I hope your scan goes ok tomorrow tummytickler

shonnomanom · 01/06/2011 20:03

knittiekitty poor you being so sick. I read in my baby book and im sure someone on here has mentioned it as well, but acupunture is supposed to be really good in the fight against sickness.

Dizzy im so terribly sorry to hear your news, good lluck in the future and stay strong.

tummytickler i hope you have a happy scan tommorrow.

I felt really uncomfortable swimming on my front today. Has anyone else experienced this? (Im 9wks 4 days)

Browncoats · 01/06/2011 20:12

shonnomanom no I haven't heard of or experienced that! I love swimming but as I don't fit into my costume any more I'm going to have to invest in a maternity costume already Hmm

I can't lie on my front at all any more to go to sleep. Already?! With DS I think I was well into my 2nd trimester before I had to give up and lie on my side.

SlightlyScrambled · 01/06/2011 20:22

Dizzy, I'm so sorry about your news. Wish you all the best for the future and look after yourself.

Tummytickler, have my fingers crossed for your scan tomorrow. Best of luck.

shonnomanom · 01/06/2011 20:25

Thanks brown, I hear Nexts black maternity swimsuit is really good and its only about £15. When I grow out of this costume I will be going to Next.

shonnomanom · 01/06/2011 20:28

The Next costume

Mum2be79 · 01/06/2011 20:36

My condolences to dizzy
Good luck to tummytickler

I've had a 'pregnant day' today. Seems to happen on Wednesdays. Cramping/stretchy feeling, bloated, nausea and for the first time ever I needed a nap today - something I never do even when I'm not pregnant. Last night was the worst my boobs have ever felt. It feels like a 10 ton landslide when I turn over in bed. It bloody hurts!

Browncoats I can't lie on my front either. I think for me it was psychological from the beginning. I tend to lie on my back, side (I do try to stay on my left side) but I love the recovery position?!?

BigHotMama · 01/06/2011 20:41

Hi ladies, can i join in?
We have only found out today that I'm pg and due 26th jan. We are very shocked but really happy as we were going to start trying for baby no.2 in July so caught few months early. Am camping at moment so finding out on holiday is bit strange had to put a stop on alcohol drinks boo!

Take care everyone x

Mummaroo · 01/06/2011 21:42

Thank you Browncoats FX that will be the same for me.

Oh Dizzy how awful for you, good luck for the future and take care of yourself x

Thanks for all the support I'm not in the position of Dizzy, Pixie, Ses and some others so I am very grateful for all your well wishes. Another blood test tomorrow and that should tell us more, hoping it's just so early but everything will be fine, going to make it a loooooong pg if that's the case :)

Tummytickler just take care of yourself, I'm sure your DC's will understand and enjoy a bit of telly time!!

Greenlady get lots of rest and I hope the next 2 weeks go as quickly as possible for you x

(((Big hugs))) all round I think x
