Hello! Another AWOL Wagoner here :)

Kayz - all sounds v exciting! Just go for it and I hope you enjoy your weekend in Brighton.
I use the CBFM too and have just started using it again this cycle after mc.
Good luck with giving up smoking - just take it an hour at a time if necessary.

Gruff - go easy on yourself and, yes it still is early days and it may well catch you unawares sometimes. Retail therapy sounds good though - especially the iPad2!

Diege - how are the summer hols going?

Cant - how is your DH doing? The ADs can often take 2 weeks to start to work fully so try to be patient (although I know that's easy to say!)

Hello Moosy, Giraffe, tinks and anyone else I've missed.

As for me, things have been pretty busy. I'm just coming to the end of 2 and a half weeks covering for my boss (who is the Regional Pharmacy Manager for 110 shops across the SE). It's been pretty full on and I've tried to take it as an opportunity to show what I'm capable of. Some days I've felt like a complete muppet and other days I've felt encouraged. It has meant giving up my Wednesday off for 2 weeks so I've worked 5 and a half days the last 2 weeks. On top of that DH is away with work for 3 days this week!

I'm on CD13 but still on lows with my CBFM. Still not convinced my cycle has settled since mc as I keep getting odd bits of spotting and blood streaked CM. Will give it a couple more weeks to see what happens but will also give GOFing a go over the next few days as nothing to lose!

As for DS, he is so cheeky but so cute :)

Hello,

Hope you are all well. We had a lovely weekend in Brighton(and various other places) but DP is back at work tomorrow. So all a bit grumpy here.

GingerbreadGiraffe · 09/08/2011 08:38

Morning all

Hope everyone is ok with respect to the riots. Its frightening stuff. I will be trying to avoid working in london this week :-S

Kay w/e sounds good. Was it "productive"? Grin

GBG x

Kayzr · 09/08/2011 09:17

Yes weekend was productive. But I have to wait until the 30th to find out how productive Grin

GingerbreadGiraffe · 09/08/2011 09:20

Grin sounds good. So the two week wait clock is ticking!

Kayzr · 09/08/2011 09:42

Yeah I suppose it is. But I'm not meant to ovulate until this weekend so I'm not expecting it.

GingerbreadGiraffe · 12/08/2011 10:47

quiet here. Just wanted to say hi...

maybe we need a new thread since this one is Spring!!

SESthebrave · 12/08/2011 20:42

Hello!!!!!

Hope everyone's busy enjoying themselves!

Kay - I'm glad you enjoyed Brighton. I love the place! FX that you ovulate earlier than expected!

Ginger - I get the impression you've had a hectic week! Hope you get to relax a little over the weekend

Cant - how's your DH doing? Has he started to notice a positive impact from his meds?

Hope everyone else is doing ok.

I had an "I feel a v pathetic / mean mummy" moment this evening. I picked DS up from nursery and they warned me he had a sore bum but he did not want to get into his car seat. He can sometimes be a bit stubborn about getting in it but this was obviously because he was in pain and didn't want to sit down. I tried for 20mins to coax, bribe, force but he just wouldn't sit down and I felt very pathetic that I couldn't even force him - he's just too strong! In the end it took me, 2 of the nursery workers and a biscuit to get him in!

Kayzr · 12/08/2011 21:00

Ginger Maybe you are right about a new thread. Its almost autumn now.

Ses I had a big temp drop this morning so maybe today is the day. Last day of GOF was Monday so not sure if thats too long.

We booked the wedding today!! Very very excited Grin
