Oh my God moufflon I didn't mean to suggest you did anything that could have caused the situation to be misread. No way! There is no way in which any normal person would ever be able to think that his behaviour was in any way appropriate, and there is no doubt about it that he was a disgusting perv and you did absolutely nothing wrong.

You were right to get the payment I reckon. Really sad to hear the police don't do anything. Some men are so disgusting - you're right, they let all the others down.

Ha ha, don't worry Take That haters, I'm fully aware that my love for Take That is (as all my friends tell me) nothing but wrong Grin

Just feel sorry for my DH - he's spent hours of his life queuing to get to the front, and he's not only been to 5 TT gigs but also to 2 Mark Owen ones. He really deserves a better wife :)

knackered76 · 18/11/2010 14:54

Afternoon ladies,

just a quick one before I pick up small children.

Jasmine - sorry your midwife has made you worry. It's totally normal to be concerned but I try and tell myself that there is nothing I can about it anyway. Having said that I am currently studying autism for my degree and have a spent a few evenings almost panicking about how I would cope with a child if they had severe autism Blush. Second the notion that you can't be told what to do about a baby with ds. My dh is the same, not said he would demand a termination but has said he wouldn't want it. I'm not thinking about it until I have to!

Moufflon - egh, egh, egh. Am so completely revolted on your behalf. I know that not all men are like that but the ones that are should have a warning permanently tattooed onto their heads! Thank goodness you had the sense not to book him when you were by yourself.

Takethat - your dh must love you very much indeed Grin. Actually don't mind them myself, don't have their albums but don't find them offensive. Even going to see them as a friend offered a ticket to me, thought might as well! Slight problem being if all goes well bob will only be a month old so might not be practical!

Nurse - hope you get the help you need with housing, etc. Is your placement still going well?

I know there was more to say to others but your messages are on the other page now and I can't remember them Blush, except for daisy - congrats on the scan, lovely news :) . .. at least I hope it was you daisy!

Over and out!

jasmine51 · 18/11/2010 15:03

Takethat You havent mentioned how you are going to cope with being due in June and going to see them on their tour? I havent been able to get tickets, which might be just as well since my due date is the same as the concert date - perhaps we could have a pg tier in the stadium (reinforced).
Have you had any saucy dreams about them since being pg? My saucy dreams seem to be out of control whilst pg...I had a very rude Blush one about Peter Andre last night... cant believe I just admitted that, am I going to get chucked off the thread now?

takethatlady · 18/11/2010 15:13

jasmine I shagged Jason Orange in my sleep the other night and it was pretty much the best shag of my life Blush Grin

I don't even fancy Jason Orange.

Now I'm thinking of going on viagogo and doing a ticket swap. I can go to Manchester on the 2nd June - I think I'm due 26th June so I reckon it will be fine. My tix are for 2nd July, which is clearly a stupid idea Grin Will just have to bring my baby bag with me, if all goes well!

mouffloncake · 18/11/2010 15:24

take that Aw, don't worry, I didn't think you ment that for a second lol. Think I was just reassuring myself I did nothing to encourage him. I so wish I had blended him up a home use oil with some deep heat lol
Also lol at yout Hason dream, that's too funny x

mouffloncake · 18/11/2010 15:25

Stupid iPhone. Jason, not sure who Hason is lol x

takethatlady · 18/11/2010 15:52

Grin at blending some pain into those oils.

I'm sure Hason is dead sexy Grin

sasamaxx · 18/11/2010 16:29

Isn't Jason gay anyway?
I had a funny dream about an ex last night Blush

moomin156 · 18/11/2010 17:15

Afternoon everyone..............just a quick visit to say hello.
Much better day today, had to go and see a senior manager who was really lovely, and although similar things were said it was done in a nice way with constructive feedback and solutions of what to do. Why cant my line manager be like that.......
Have my booking in appointment tomorrow but wont be around much to check in as we are off to family in leeds straight after. so dont miss me too much but will be back here on monday to catch up with the few hundred posts that will be on here.

I'm feeling a bit left out on the dream front - it sounds like the best symptom by far!

Without wanting to make everyone hate me, I am too young to be a take that fan! From the first time around anyway. Do I have to hide under a different table if I admit to having all Robbie's solo albums??

KaraStarbuckThrace · 18/11/2010 17:57

Sassamax - well someone has to be having twins and it ain't me Grin

Moufflon - sorry the police won't help and there have been other incidents, there some some right bloody pervs out there Angry

Takethat - I rather like Take That! Your DH does sound rather dedicated Grin

Catherineps - I haven't had any sexy dreams either!

Mooomin - glad you had a productive chat with one of the other managers. Makes a huge difference when someone offers constructive criticism rather than just slagging you off!!!

BTW did you all get your forms for the maternity exemption cards to get your free prescriptions?

takethatlady · 18/11/2010 18:02

Jason's not gay. Well he's not out if he is gay, and since half Take That's fanbase is gay men there's no reason he wouldn't be ...

catherineps how old are you? I am suffering under the delusion that I am young (28) but clearly this is not true Grin

supersunny we're at exactly the same point in the pregnancy. I threw up on Friday and yesterday and felt like crap today too - my symptoms have generally been pretty mild and some days non-existent, so this is definitely upping the ante for me.

Btw, this link has tips on preparing for the baby for less.

£2k!!! Shock

cep · 18/11/2010 18:21

Yarnie am so sorry for your loss.

Am happy for those of you whose scans went well.

Sorry for those of you who are having trouble at work.

Hope you are all ok. just saw this on the aibu and thought it was really cute. (fingers crossed it works)

catherineps · 18/11/2010 18:30

takethatlady I am 24 so not much younger than you but I was 8/9 when TT split so still thought boys were yucky!

£2000! Does IKEA do cots . . . ??

takethatlady · 18/11/2010 19:36

Yep, catherineps Ikea does cots (shouldn't have been looking though Wink)

Just puked up. Am turning into a three-year-old as I am quite pleased with myself. It was mainly stomach acid infused with garlic (had garlic bread at lunch time).

petitech · 18/11/2010 19:58

Hello ladies....*takethatlady" can completely relate with stomach infused

  • cheese & onion sandwich
  • beans on toast
...the list goes on I decided to read up on 'what not to eat for acid indigestion' and think I feel a bit better today having totally avoided caffeine, chocolate, cheese, anything tomatoey or spicy, onions, peppermint!!! (and I was drinking peppermint tea to soothe before!) and a few others I can't remember! Bizarrely, I completely have a baby bump as of today and I'm worried the midwife is going to tell me I've put on too weight, so much for the first trimester five pounds, double that! Although my boss knows at work I'm wondering if I should tell others now since I literally can't hide it in clothes now. Is that bad?
petitech · 18/11/2010 20:00

that was supposed to say
stomach acid infused with.....and then the list
doh

knackered76 · 18/11/2010 20:09

Takethatlady and petitech - what a lovely time you appear to be having. Glad I've already eaten or you would have put me off my food Grin.

petitech - have you actually weighed yourself? I only say this because my body has changed completely, I am indeed a weeble and really am struggling to hide it, but I haven't put on much weight (well this was a couple of weeks ago and haven't looked since!). In a not very clear way I am trying to say that just because our bodies are changing doesn't mean we have put on lots of weight :) I will however be putting on lots of weight as I always do, despite best intentions!

moomin glad you had a better day :)

Oh and you don't need half the stuff they tell you you do, it's just nice buying it:)

GoodVibrations · 18/11/2010 20:14

ooooh baby buys. Well we bought all our nursery furniture from Ikea. We decorated the room with loads of lovely accessories and it looks fab. I don't mind spending a lot on bedroom furniture, but not when they are only in the nursery for a couple of years.

I'm not really a Take That fan, but I do like them as they are local! (apart from Robbie that is). I used to see Howard on the bus when TT first started out (and they were in smash hits magasine covered in jelly!). Also saw Mark Owen shopping in Oldham once. He was even shorter than I thought :).

Am Envy of people's naughty dreams. Last pg the only vivid dream I had was that the baby fell out of my bits and I had to push it back in again!!! Confused

misshoohaa · 18/11/2010 20:16

petitech i think I am showing a bit now, although I think that to the uneducated it might just look like a bit of extra fat so not too worried about it yet.

It will be great when it looks like a bump rather than just podge! Still in my jeans, luckily i had lost some weight for the wedding so am just filling back in the spread that I'd lost!

Has anyone used an ikea cot, they are so cheap I think I'd be worried the baby will break through it!

Minione · 18/11/2010 20:42

Hi everyone

Having a bit of a panic as I have had some watery pink/beige discharge. I am ten weeks tomorrow and have a scan on saturday. It was barely anything but am now a nervous wreck as I have previously had a stillbirth and an early miscarriage.

petitech · 18/11/2010 20:50

minione i had this for a full week around week 7 and all is fine, I went to see the doc though adn they referred me to the early preg unit for an early scan, you could alwyas do that if you're concerned, although I do think from people's posts on here that it is more common than you think. Although do go to the GP or midwife and see what they say if you're worried. Take Care!
