Good luck with induction foxy for Friday - hope when it comes to it you don't need it. I've just been booked in for Monday for mine - am hoping that the act of booking it will give junior the hint to GET A MOVE ON!

Would love today's date as a birthday - but if nothing happened so far, then I reckon probably too late for me... Vita's a bit quiet today - so maybe good for her?

Have just thought of a bad thing though - 9/11 is really NOT a birthday I'd wish on anybody - may have to keep legs crossed on Saturday.

Lily I know!! I'm hoping if it gets to induction day it will be born on induction day, because if it's born the next day it will be born on 9/11!! :(

Good news, ladies! William Arthur was born last night at 9:15pm weighing 10lb 1oz. Started regularly contracting around 6pm, arrived at hospital 7:40 fully dilated! Once my waters broke just after 9 I started pushing and there he was. Fortunately though it was so quick I didn't tear. Am now overwhelmed by how blessed I am. William and I are both doing really well. Am using DH's iPhone in hospital so will catch up when I get home. Sending all my good wishes and labouring vibes to Foxy and Lily, and thanks for letting me queue jump!

Thanks for all your messages, ladies. Am back home now and DH has lent me the company Ipad to play with for the weekend, so I can say hello from bed. Brilliant! Hope all goes well for Foxy today and Lily very soon too.
