knitter can only repeat what others have said. Ditto for supportive and understanding hospital staff. Big hugs.

fijibaby · 13/10/2010 22:57

Loopy how wonderful! No wonder you can hardly stop crying... so lovely to have something so special to cry about. Yay for a well placed placenta!

Looby great news about your scan too. Smile

fijibaby · 14/10/2010 05:01

All right, hands up... who has shed a little tear as the Chilean miners have emerged from the ground? I know that I cry at almost anything at the moment but hasn't the rescue been amazing? Or is it just me and my hormones enhancing the experience? Blush

Am feeling very weepy all round today for some reason*, but what set me off with the miners was the children! Not altogether surprisingly perhaps.

Knitter am so very sorry to hear your news, how dreadful for you. Hope things goe as well as they can do at the hospital and that you get the support you need both online and off.

Loopy not surprised you were crying at your scan, must have been quite overwhelming after all the worry you've had.

  • let's face it, hormones, same as every-bloody-thing else lately

Purplebuns · 14/10/2010 13:34

Hi, everyone just popped back to see how you are all doing :)

I am a bit displeased though... I said I wanted to be the last to lose their baby so I am sorry to Mrschemist as I was really holding out for you and lemonsherbet and knitter as well :(

Other than I am so happy for you all still here, especially Loopy and Mummywilliams you were such good support for me a couple of weeks ago and I am so pleased you are here!

Goodluck everyone! I will no doubt stalk you all later Wink

Ah sounds like we will be in the same place! It is just I only know of one other group doing LLL peer training (with Liz) and that was in Honiton, so I thought you may be with them :)

Hi! Purple Nice to see you here. I have PM'd you.

Loopy I know 'tivvy' Smile DP's parents live in 'withy' lol! We go on holiday in Devon every year, we usually base ourselves in South Molton. But usually venture to the coast, mainly Westward Ho! and Woolacombe. We usually spend some time in 'withy' at Christmas.

Feel very anxious about tomorrow. Have strange feeling its all over. I know I'm only saying that coz I am sh*t scared. FX for positive scan.

Purplebuns · 14/10/2010 18:22

PM'd you MW
Blimey you know Tivvy as well! What is it with this town.. I have been on holiday in Cornwall, the Lake District and festivals and met people who have been/know this silly little town!

I must ask why do you base yourself in South Molton of all places though Wink

Purple There is a lovely little campsite called Riverside, which literally has the River Mole running through it, it is quiet but caters for familys, and reasonably priced too - OMG I sound like an advert. It's a great base to get to everything from. Smile Love it in Devon, would move there, but too complicated, as DP has two daughters up here, and the father of my children is here too.

Nice to hear from u Purple and the churpy atmos on here today!

I dont think im going to be staying up much later tonight after my mum coming over last night and we stayed up talking about baby plans and then realised it was 11.30 which is way past my bedtime so im feeling it today.

Have decided to take my DH out for a nice suprise meal on Saturday night for being so nice and supportive. Might be overly hormonal but feel so loved up like its all fresh and new x Smile

SarahJinx · 14/10/2010 21:35

Hello, hopefully I can join in. I'm 11 + 4,and its my first time so properly anxious pretty much all of the time.

Um, feeling nauseous 24-7, could go to sleep for hours at ANY time of the day and would seel my soul for a poo! Sorry.

Anyway, due date is 1st May, we've been trying for nearly four years so I'm all a bit of a wreck trying not to hope etc....

But good luck to everyone, had some smiles and fears reading your board and feel like I might learn some stuff xx

SarahJinx · 14/10/2010 21:47

Also is anyone else itching....? Like, all over?
