what do you think? I have a James (jay) Isaac-Elijah (just Isaac to us) and a Tyler. Do u think Kayden fits in?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
MrsBadger · 21/01/2010 15:38

I don't like it, but it fits.

pagwatch · 21/01/2010 15:39

Mummyto3plusbump · 21/01/2010 15:39

OP posts:
rubyslippers · 21/01/2010 15:40

is it for a boy?

have never heard it before - i don't like it

it sounds "hard"

Bucharest · 21/01/2010 15:41

It's one of those KaydenJaydenBrayden names.

That's why I don't like it.

BabyDubsEverywhere · 21/01/2010 15:41

I have a Kaden, we only get good reactions in RL, plus still to meet another one which is a plus, but it doesnt sound outlandish either. So a very biased thums up from me x

Hullygully · 21/01/2010 15:43

It's a made-up name. They are never good.

MrsBadger · 21/01/2010 15:44

well, I don't like Tyler either. Or Isaac-Elijah. Or calling a James 'Jay'.
So our tastes in names are obviously worlds apart to start with...

GetOrfMoiLand · 21/01/2010 15:45

lol Bucharest.

Exactly what I thought

JaMmRocks · 21/01/2010 16:18

In that spelling it's a made up name, but Cadan is Cornish. I forget what it means though.

Ronaldinhio · 21/01/2010 16:20

no, it's not a real name, is it?

Lulumama · 21/01/2010 16:20

it fits, but i am not keen. nor do i like Jayden. sorrreeeeeee

GibbonInARibbon · 21/01/2010 16:25

Have to say I am adverse to any 'ayden names. Sorry.

I do like James and Isaac though.

(did you have a recent taste bypass?)

usualsuspect · 21/01/2010 16:27

I like it and yes it fits

Comewhinewithme · 21/01/2010 16:28

The dog next door is called this sorry .

stressheaderic · 21/01/2010 16:31

I'm not keen on 'K' names, Kieron, Kian, Keion, Kayleigh, Kelsey etc

Momdeguerre · 21/01/2010 16:42

Not keen but I prefer more traditional names.

What would it end up being abbreviated to? Kay? Den? Kady?

Squishabelle · 21/01/2010 16:46

Agree with others. Its a made-up name. Dont like it.

DivineInspiration · 21/01/2010 19:55

I don't like Kayden. It sounds made-up. I think it 'fits' with Tyler in that they're both quite trendy, but I actually think it's worlds apart from James and Isaac.

But I do quite like Cade - pretty traditional and nice 'Gone With the Wind' reference.

Ondine · 21/01/2010 20:10

What about Hayden instead of Kayden. Imo Kayden will date, it's too trendy and I agree that it sounds made up.

Or Caelan? It's a traditional Irish name but it also sounds modern if that's what you're looking for.

BarbieLovesKen · 21/01/2010 20:11

Was just about to say the same as DivineInspiration - really fits with Tyler but worlds apart from James and Issac.

Best of luck

crankytwanky · 21/01/2010 20:34

It deffo fits.

Ziggurat · 21/01/2010 21:13

It's a cobbled together name - don't like it at all. I wouild expect Kayden to be a little shit.

MortaIWombat · 21/01/2010 21:20

pmsl at complete lack of tact "little shit". Very naughty...

Ziggurat · 21/01/2010 21:27

I would nod and smile to someone actually called it, but the OP did ask for opinions.
