Would love to know whay "type" of names people give their dcs - i.e. if people stick to the same thrend or style of name for their DC so they flow well together or if it doesnt really make a difference at all.

I'm due number 2 in January and am almost decided on a name, but have found myself coming to decision by trying all names with dds. Just wondering what others do...

Would love to steal hear some...

3 DDs:
DD1 Carys Elise
DT1 Eleri Gwen
DT2 Lowri Ceinwen

We deliberately chose Welsh first names for al 3 and to comply with my strange little mind, deliberately chose 5 letter first names. I don't know why, I just liked it.

GoppingOtter · 16/10/2009 22:28

Elliot Peter (6)
Millicent (Millie) Elizabeth (3)

First names-just because i love them, middle names are family names.

KAEKAE · 18/10/2009 12:40

Oliver Antonio Michael son age two
and this baby is likly to be Poppy Elisabeth

ElfOnTheTopShelf · 18/10/2009 15:16

My DD is Evelyn Boo

We would like another child; I like Peyton, Felicity and Lily-Rae as girls names, and Joshua, Kieran, Sebastian and Alexander for boys names. DH not too convinced (on the names, not the idea of another child, he'd have another 20 if I'd let him! )

HidingFromTheDM · 18/10/2009 15:18

My DD is Anya Jane. When we have baby #2 it will be James Alan (boy) or Lily Gabrielle (girl).

MitchyInge · 18/10/2009 15:21

Yasmin, Coral and Maddy (Madeline)

Deemented · 18/10/2009 17:46

Ciaran Micheal Patrick
Brennan Michael Patrick
Brogan Azariah

And if this one's a girl it'll be Erin Sheila or if it's a boy it'll be Tate Elijah.

Middle names have family connotations. I have:

Sonny Dixie
Effy Marilyn

posieparker · 19/10/2009 14:24

I have
Carter Ryan
Roman Elijah
Mabel Jay
Artemus Somerset

would have loved a Posy, but no more dcs.
