DH and I have been struggling with finding a boy's name we both like and finally agreed on Oscar, but I keep reading on threads here about how popular it is in certain areas.

Now I have no clue what names are commonplace around my way (SW London) so I am intruiged to know what you think are the most popular boys names for the area you live in? If you are happy to share where you live and the top 3 or so names, I'd be really interested to hear your thoughts....

Top 3 thinking of my boys' classes would be:

James
Tom/Thomas
Sam
Jack

No Oscars that I know of at school (but know one baby called Oscar).

This in South Manchester/Cheshire.

Top baby boys names around here (Warwickshire) from last year - Charlie, Joseph, Harry.

A bit older - in ds1's yr2 year there are lots of James/Jamie, Archie x2, Harry x2 and Luke, Lucas, Louis, Lewis and Luca!
