It was number 36 the year I was given it
It was acceptable in the 80s
It's a bit French
It's also a little bit Essex
Most people shorten it

My favourite books as a child were the Heidi books but my name is not Heidi. Most people mispronounce my name as they think the ‘h’ is silent; is isn’t.

It's French.
It's quite unusual.
It's never been popular but I think it's a nice name.
