Sophie - name regret

We really struggled for a name for my DD1 (already have a DS whose name I love). None of our shortlist seemed quite right when she was born, and my DH threw Sophie out as an option and I thought it suited her so went with it.

She's now 12 weeks and I'm just not sure... feels like I should have gone with a stronger name. Doesn't help that I've read so many threads on here calling it boring, bland and wet!

I have a few other names I definitely prefer now (I blame the post partum hormones for such a rush decision), but not sure I hate it enough to go through all the hassle and embarrassment of changing it...

If you're talking about Elizabeth as the traditional/classic with multiple shortenings alternative name to Sophie..then yes it is all that and it's a good name you can't go wrong with, but honestly it's not as lovely as Sophie.

Sophie Elizabeth? That would be nice.
