My first thought was “ is that where she was conceived”! I assume it has a special meaning to them, which is their prerogative.

I think they chose it due to Easter being close by... week ago, in Catholic tradition, was Ash Wednesday.

I'm sure she'll be thrilled to know she's called Palma after where her parents had sex.
