All our other children's names begin with P so seems only right to carry this through to our last.

Hi, in response I don't think Patch would work as it's not seen as a 'real' name. More a name for a pet, or a nick name. Paco is nice and would give a nod to your heritage.

Also just saw someone suggest Pasha. That's lovely.
