Please help struggling to find boys names beginning with P

All our other children's names begin with P so seems only right to carry this through to our last.
The thing is I don't love any names.
I like something unusual
Our other names are
Posy🩷
Petal 🩷
Pippin💙
Poet💙

Please send help 🙏

How about Pan? - very straightforward to spell and pronounce.

OhMrPleasant · 03/09/2024 16:00

How about Pan?

Just came on to suggest this! Also Pallas, Plato, Perseus?

onwardsup4 · 03/09/2024 19:16

Have to say well done to MN for the restraint shown on this thread. If OP was on a wind up they would be very disappointed!
Very 'outing' though...

Haggia · 03/09/2024 19:33

Agree with PP that Percy is used to refer to a penis 😬

I like Padraig, Paddy for nn.

Thistooshallpass24 · 03/09/2024 23:29

I know an adult man called Patch , but only by really close childhood friends and family , his given name is Patrick/ Pádraig

I'm unsure of which spelling but he is from Ireland

each name you already have has a vowel in second place. You have o e i o so either a or u next.

Pacey would fit and pace is a nice nickname.

Love pilot but worry about nicknames p

arlequin · 15/09/2024 22:51

How about Peter?

CalliopePlantain · 15/09/2024 22:53

Peverell? It means Piper.

my best friend is a Patch - he’s called Patrick but he’s been Patch for 40+ years.

salamithumbs · 15/09/2024 23:48

I think Patrick with the nickname Paddy or Patch would work best! Then you and your husband could use whichever you prefer but your son would still have a proper name to fall back on if he thinks Patch is too infantile

PiggieWig · 16/09/2024 00:02

Patrick is one of my favourite boys names.

You seem to like Patch and DH likes Paddy, which both work as a nickname, and DS might enjoy having a name with a few options.

Puck
Pablo
Pascal
Prince

SnowFrogJelly · 16/09/2024 00:44

Pfaff

Maddy70 · 16/09/2024 07:23

Pau
Pedro
Phillip

All my children have different first initials so post never gets mixed up. This even extends to the pets! However I like the fact your names all end in different sounds for calling them- and if you ever get a dog it’s easier for them to distinguish too. So I would go for an ‘o’ sound.

ButIsItArt · 16/09/2024 09:55

Go for it OP. Call your kids what you love.

Another Cornish boys name to add to Perin:

Peran

Pendragon
Perseus/Percy
Polaris

ohmyohmy123 · 17/09/2024 11:45

Paget is a gender neutral name. I heard it on criminal minds.

EducatingArti · 17/09/2024 12:35

It seems like you like one or 2 syllable plant/nature/ romantic type names.

Out of other suggestions I think Pan, Puck, ( fairy/gods theme) or Petroc, Piran ( Cornish saints) would work well.
Perry goes with a fruit theme like Pippin.
Trees might go with the nature theme (Pine, Poplar, Pear).
There are also animal names like Puma and Panther ( or Panda or Pike I guess).
Other natural names might be Prairie or Palm.

Paris. It’s actually originally a male name - Ancient Greek and also used by Shakespeare.

Was about to suggest Paris for a boy and I also had Romeo & Juliet in mind.

Prospero for another out there Shakespearean name.

Purcell or Perseus if you like Percy

Prince

Plato/Pluto (we know a Jupiter!)

Prometheus

Poseidon

Your Palm reminded me of Psalm. I think it’s the name of one of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s kids…

Ptolemy

The other names sounds slightly ethereal, and it fits in with that sort of sound.

Pinkiepromise789 · 17/09/2024 14:29

I like:

Pluto - ethereal with a cosmological slant
Pious - biblical
Phlegm - Latin origin
Pariah - French
Pedant - French

DuchessOfSausage · 17/09/2024 18:59

@Pinkiepromise789 , you forgot Planqueur, an elegant but underused French name.

Jasperj · 17/09/2024 21:48

Peregrine - Sophie Turner’s new fella’s name
