Originally going to be called Jim after my granddad, but we've found out we're having a girl. Would this work?

If this is an honest question I feel I must give an honest response. I find the name Jimberly hilarious and cannot stop laughing.

FrannieGallops · 29/04/2024 11:17

😂😂 assume you’re joking?

Skiphopbump · 29/04/2024 11:17

How about Jimobel or Jimoline?

ThursdayTomorrow · 29/04/2024 11:18

No but it’s given me a laugh.

hoonicorn · 29/04/2024 11:19

I prefer Jimabella or Jimily to be honest.

Helabel1 · 29/04/2024 11:19

Please don't call your daughter Jimberly 😂😂

Mamoun · 29/04/2024 11:20

Are you serious?? Thanks for making me laughb

NoSnowdrop · 29/04/2024 11:20

Is this AI practising on us?

if not, OP, you really think you have to ask? Hmm

CoffeeBeansGalore · 29/04/2024 11:20

Sorry Op, no.
Assuming he was James, how about Jamie/Jaime?

Skiphopbump · 29/04/2024 11:20

Jim-Bobbie?

BodenCardiganNot · 29/04/2024 11:20

Jimima?

fedupandstuck · 29/04/2024 11:20

Jimberley? No.

How about Jamie or even James, like Jamie King.

pinkyredrose · 29/04/2024 11:21

Oh please don't lumber someone with this name.

Bigredpants · 29/04/2024 11:21

Funny because I am having triplet girls and naming them after their grandad. Brianina, Brianella and Briangerina. Probably

Netruscan · 29/04/2024 11:22

BodenCardiganNot · 29/04/2024 11:20

Jimima?

We considered that but I think it's spelt : Jemima

LightDrizzle · 29/04/2024 11:22

That’s the funniest one I’ve heard. I’m actually making a slight noise.

I hope this is a joke but if not then it’s an absolute no. What about Jemima or Jamey?

FrenchandSaunders · 29/04/2024 11:22

Oh no don't do this to her .... particularly if she turns out to be a bit rotund, poor lass.

Skiphopbump · 29/04/2024 11:17

How about Jimobel or Jimoline?

How about Jimobel or Jimoline?

Or even Germoline?

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 29/04/2024 11:24

Two minds with but a single thought ...

user09876543 · 29/04/2024 11:24

This can’t possibly be true. Just don’t. The poor thing

LightDrizzle · 29/04/2024 11:25

Jim, Jemima and Jamie/ Jamey all derive from James so there is the common root despite the different first vowel.

PivotPivotmakingmargaritas · 29/04/2024 11:25

Use Jemima, or Jamilla , Jameela and say after your grandad Jim not a made up name that she will hate you for!!

Moveoverdarlin · 29/04/2024 11:26

Um…no it will absolutely not work. Jimberly?! This has to be a wind up.

ilovepixie · 29/04/2024 11:26

What about Jamie or Jemima
