Dd 1 could have been:
Georgia, Erin or Evie or William if she had been a boy
Dd2 was almost:
Emily, Edie, Francessca or Malachi if she had been a boy.
Still love all the names but they definitely suit the ones they have got.

Called DS Lewis and passed up the name Harris.

Nanoon · 26/03/2008 13:04

DS1 - Elijah or Ella
DS2 - Ned, Jonty or Iris

totalmisfit · 26/03/2008 13:16

Jessica for a girl
Dylan, Joshua or Joseph for a boy. (i know, i'm sure we'll try to be more imaginative if we have any more!)

Oliveoil · 26/03/2008 13:17

Mary

TillyScoutsmum · 26/03/2008 13:21

DD was nearly Madeleine. She was born the day before Maddy McCann went missing so I'm glad we went with our other choice

She would have been Barney or Fergus if she has been a boy

For quite a while I was dead set on calling a girl Karma. I was thinking of the what comes around, goes around type meaning. I changed my mind when my dad said 'what, like Karma Sutra?'
Luckily we had a boy.

SlartyBartFast · 26/03/2008 22:14

I had dozens of names for a girl -

Caitlin, Alexandra were amongst my faves for dd(7) and I had James, William, David, Tobias or Israel (don't ask!) for a boy.

In the end I elected for Phoebe for my daughter and have never regretted it.

dizzydixies · 26/03/2008 22:19

Phoebe was my dh's choice for dd2 and I liked it too but our neighbour used it just before we had our dd - don't regret it though as she suits her name lol
