We don't have the same taste, but I do like Marnie.

clpsmum · 17/07/2023 23:51

Coco

windowof · 17/07/2023 23:52

I love Coco and Bonnie 💗
Both beautiful!

User6761 · 17/07/2023 23:52

Marnie or Thea. Not keen on the others. I know a Beatrice that is called Bibi as a nickname, for me it seems too informal to be a name in its own right. Prefer Alba to Alma.

Nellle · 17/07/2023 23:55

I have similar taste to you. Have to say Juno is my favourite as it's top of our list!

Marnie and Coco would be up there too if my partner liked them.

Not Maya if you want unusual. Pretty, but they're everywhere.

TomatoSandwiches · 17/07/2023 23:58

1 Coco
3 BiBi
2 Alma
4 Marnie

WildEarth · 18/07/2023 00:02

I like Thea, Coco and Bonnie a lot. Also quite like Alma, although I prefer Alba.

purplediscolove · 18/07/2023 00:05

I love Thea and would’ve had it if my partner liked it but I have a Sophia!

i know boys called Jude and only see it as a male name too.

I wouldn’t use any of the others

UsingChangeofName · 18/07/2023 00:05

I quite like Thea, but I don't like any of the others.

mathanxiety · 18/07/2023 00:08

I like Coco, Bonnie, and Juno.

The rest not so much, especially Marnie.

SinisterBumFacedCat · 18/07/2023 00:12

Thea, Coco, Maya

WildEarth · 18/07/2023 00:02

I like Thea, Coco and Bonnie a lot. Also quite like Alma, although I prefer Alba.

Same choice.

Pufflebow · 18/07/2023 00:21

Really surprised people like coco, it’s cute but as an adult I wouldn’t like to be called coco. Could you go with one of the longer versions that it’s used as a nn for? Like Cordelia

i thought Jude was a boys name

i think bonnie is lovely
Thea, Alma, maya and Marnie aren’t my taste but lovely names anyway

some others

Josie/Josephine
Maribel
ottilie

ruby
bridget
dana
aida
cora
bree
mimi
nova

Somanycats · 18/07/2023 00:27

Marnie is just about okay

CallieQ · 18/07/2023 01:01

Juno or Marnie

CallieQ · 18/07/2023 01:01

Don't like Coco or Bonnie

Thebirdhouse · 18/07/2023 01:07

We don't have the same tastes as I think they pretty much all sound like nicknames. My preference would be Jude although I associate it as a boy's name mainly wouldn't give that name to a girl.
If I had to choose one from your list for a girl, it would probably be Bonnie but the name makes me think of a round faced, chubby, cheerful girl. That or Bonnie Langford.

heartofglass23 · 18/07/2023 01:48

Thea too many Theo's these days. I see it as 'the' A
Coco clown
Bonnie lovely but tragic in GWTW
Bibi bib, dribbling, not a good image
Alma scary frizzy haired old lady
Jude mostly boys name but ok if going for unisex
Maya best of the bunch
Juno hate the film
Marnie quite American? Kelly Preston's character in twins

Jongleterre · 18/07/2023 02:04

Thea - no
Coco - no
Bonnie - no
Bibi - no
Alma - no
Jude - okayish
Maya - okayish
Juno - no
Marnie - lovely

Smallonesaremorejuicy · 18/07/2023 02:04

Love Bonnie & Coco
Definitely not Thea

user1492757084 · 18/07/2023 04:43

Bibi is a really cute nick name.
Could it be used for ..
Vivienne - Vivi or Bibi
Bonnie Bridget - Bibi
Bonnie Bianca - Bibi
Beatrix Ruby - Bibi
Bonnie Bethany - Bibi
Barbra Genevieve - Bibi

HuntingoftheSnark · 18/07/2023 06:11

Most of your list are what I think of as nicknames (obviously doesn't make them less than names). I like Thea and Alma.

Runningslow · 18/07/2023 06:13

Thea is the only one I like.

babysharkdoodoodedoodedoo · 18/07/2023 06:25

Bibi is a nickname for Tabitha if you like it!

mellongoose · 18/07/2023 06:28

I know a Chloe nicknamed Coco. Really cute.

Other than that, Marnie.
