If I had a boy it would be Artery nn Art and a girl would be Ileum nn Illy.

Clavicle for a girl.

Iris for a girl or Willy (William) for a boy

There are some quite pretty names in the respiratory system:

Boys:
Bronchi
Hilum
Larynx
Pharynx

Girls:
Alveoli
Carina
Cilia
Uvula

I'd pick Cilia and Hilum.

Villi.

Olecranon has a good solid "pillar of the community" vibe to it. Lots of potential for shortening it too.
