To ask you to help me name our son?

Help! We can't name our baby boy. We've been disagreeing about this for months now, and he's finally here and we're still no closer.
So can I turn it over to you, wise Mumsnetters? To offer up your best suggestions and help us stop referring to him as 'the baby'.
Ideally we don't want any royal names, surnames as names, or American popular names like Grayson.
Surname is Chipp.

Oh what a gorgeous boy! 😍 Without looking at other suggestions, I think he's a Sebastian, or maybe an Adrian, Lucian, Dominic or Joseph.

Robert Chipp was my first thought on seeing him & he'd suit Bobby as a nn.

I think you need at least 2 syllables, probably even three to balance your surname.

I also met a toddler yesterday called Lawrie which I thought was cute.

I agree that a name with more than 1 syllable probably works better with your surname.
