Off the top of my head, James, George, William, Christopher, Maxwell, Lucas, Andrew, Robert, Elliot, Lawrence, Alexander, Simon, Samuel, Matthew, Jonathan, Nathan, Ernest, Rupert, Lionel, Leo(nard), Marcus, Stephen, Stephan, Theo(dor), all sound nice to my ears with Chipp.
It's easier to say a name ending in "I" or "EE" sound with your surname, but while some people go with these as the given name, others pick a nickname, check the original more formal name works with the surname, and then give the more formal version as the name on the birth certificate. Eg Charles/Charlie. (I don't think Charles/Charlie Chipp works personally though.) Up to you.
Names ending in a C(K) or Ch or X sound will run into/be hard to say with the "Ch" of Chip, so I'd avoid Marc, Rich(ard), Alex(ander), Frederick, Roderick etc. Even names ending in T are a bit trickier.
I tend to agree with the PP who said that a longer first name would sound better with Chipp although sometimes short names can be very effective. However if you did go for something like James or George, these can be lengthened to Jamie and Georgie as nicknames, and choose a longer middle name. So James William Chipp sounds good, James George Chipp a bit too abrupt.
