Hi.

I am pregnant with our (definitely) last child. We have 2 DS already. We've found out that we're having DS number 3😂. I was completely adamant this one felt different and have been very excited to use my favourite girls name. Lost many bets. Alas.

Lucy is youthful, sweet and elegant.
It means light.
It has both vintage and modern appeal.
It's timeless.

It's not a name suited to a boy, though.

My Q to you is what is the boys equivalent of such a classic yet modern and fresh sounding name? (We have a Jack and Tom). DH likes Finn.

Honestly I’d go with something totally different, I know a Charlotte who found out later her mums favourite name was Charlie for a boy and she felt a bit miffed like her mum had wanted a boy and ‘settled’. Just a word of caution!
