My husband wants to call the new baby after the cat ...

So finally getting DH to start at least thinking about baby names with a couple of weeks to go, and after crossing off the unappealing Cyrus/Aethelstan/Lancelot style names he likes, we finally have a short list.. one of which is the cat’s name

Could people please critique, say which your favourite is, or suggest anything else we might like? We don’t really love any of them... we have a Kitty and a Rafe already and I’d like a name that ‘goes’.

Ivo (but would you pronounce it EE-vo or eye-vo?)
Mungo (the cat )
Jonty
Jago (one of ds’s middle name though)

Roderick just makes me think of Monty Python - I'd only be able to say it in a Life of Brian style.

If it was EE-Vo then surely it would be spelt Evo? I would definitely think Ivo was pronounced Eye_vo. I haven't come across a Mungo or a Mingo, so not sure what is wrong or right about those. I have t heard any of these names. Not very helpful!

Gorgeous boy! I’ll offer up Percy, seeing as it’s our cat’s name and I love it (we would have used for a boy but we have a P surname and it makes it sound like Peter Piper!)
